Marquei a criolipolise as 15:00, para os francos, depois a proprietária Jessica me ligou, remarcando outro horário, no caso as 16:30, fechei minha loja mais cedo, para chegar no horário marcado, sai de São Paulo para Mauá correndo , para que não perdesse meu horário! Chegando em Mauá, a fulana me manda uma msg dizendo que teria que me atender às 17:00 pois houve um atraso, enfim... já estava lá né, o jeito foi aguardar! Cheguei lá as 17:00 em ponto , chegando lá a fulana me informa que teria que dividir a máquina, sendo assim aumentaria o tempo pois teria que ser feito por etapas! Fiquei indignada, simplesmente tive a resposta, que seu eu não quisesse fazer o procedimento “tudo bem” como assim tudo bem? Galera não marquem nada com essa pessoa, ela simplesmente não tem responsabilidade e pontualidade nenhuma, parece estar perdida no ramo dela, e totalmente despreparada para atendimento, não indico de forma alguma! Pessimaaaaaa!

Arriving in Mauá, the guy sends me a message saying that he would have to answer me at 17:00 because there was a delay, anyway ... he was already there, the way was to wait! I got there at 17:00 sharp, getting the guy in there informs me that he would have to share the machine, so it would increase the time because it would have to be done in stages! I was indignant, I simply had the answer, that if I did not want to do the “all right” procedure, how could it be all right? Guys do not make any appointments with this person, she simply has no responsibility and punctuality at all, seems to be lost in her business, and totally unprepared for care, I do not indicate in any way! Pessimaaaaaa!
