★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao pretenso cliente. Fizeram orçamento sem o nº do CNPJ. Um cliente meu solicitou um orçamento e o mesmo veio sem o número do CNPJ da empresa. Ocorre que o pretenso cliente precisa do mesmo orçamento, mas com o respectivo número, pois irá apresentar o documento na ação judicial que irá propor em face da empresa de ônibus que colidiu com o seu veículo. O Sr. Ely prometeu desde o dia 17/09/2021 o orçamento com número. Todavia, na data de hoje fui informado que não faria nada a respeito. Não recomendo diante desse tratamento precário que nos foi fornecido. Lamentável.
Terrible service to the alleged customer. They made a budget without the CNPJ number. A client of mine requested a quote and it came without the company's CNPJ number. It so happens that the alleged customer needs the same budget, but with the respective number, as he will present the document in the lawsuit he will file against the bus company that collided with his vehicle. Mr. Ely promised, since the 17/09/2021, the budget with a number. However, on today's date I was informed that I would do nothing about it. I don't recommend it, given this precarious treatment that was provided to us. Unfortunate.
