Na minha primeira marcação fiquei quase 2 horas aguardando para eles me falarem que não iam poder me atender pq estavam sem impressora e sem sistema. Remarquei e eles me ligaram um dia antes dizendo que a dentista não iria. Descaso total com os clientes!
 Poor service, lack of respect for people. At my first appointment I stayed almost 2 hours waiting for them to tell me that they would not be able to answer me because they were without a printer and without a system. I remarked and they called me the day before saying that the dentist would not go. Total lack of customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se arrependimento matasse, eu tava morta. Fui na clínica fazer limpeza, paguei particular e de brinde ganhei uma HERPES labial. Nunca tive isso na vida. Fui no dia 27/02/2019 e meia hora depois que sai de lá apareceu uma bolinha no canto da minha boca no local onde ficou apoiado o sugador. Mandei mensagem pelo WhatsApp e a resposta que eu tive foi que era normal, que a pressão do sugador deve ter machucado. só que foi no canto externo da boca. No outro dia já acordei com o canto da boca todo estourado. Fui ao médico hoje (01/03) e ele confirmou que era herpes. Fui na clínica pedi ressarcimento de pelo menos metade do valor da limpeza para arcar com os gastos de deslocamento ao medico e remédio e a recepcionista disse que só com o dono. Nem ligou para ele nem nada. NAO RECOMENDO ESSE LUGAR!!!

I went on 02.27.2019 and half an hour after leaving there appeared a ball in the corner of my mouth where the sucker was supported. I texted the WhatsApp and the response I had was that it was normal, that the pressure of the sucker must have hurt. only it was in the outer corner of the mouth. The other day I woke up with the corner of my mouth all bursting. I went to the doctor today (01/03) and he confirmed it was herpes. I went to the clinic and asked for reimbursement of at least half the amount of the cleaning to cover the expenses of the doctor and medicine, and the receptionist said that only with the owner. He did not even call him or anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não recomendo. A experiência com a primeira dentista Luana já não foi das melhores. Agora atendida pela Sarah também não foi agradável, pelo contrário me fez perder tempo agendando atendimento sendo que ela não é Especialista em Endodontia, me encaminhou para outro consultório. Teve a cara de pau de dizer que havia chamado um endodontista externo para uma cliente, mas esta era particular. Ou seja a dor de um paciente particular é diferente de um do convênio, ela falou isso para eu pagar o particular? Ficasse calada, sem fazer este comentário. O tempo que ela me fez perder rendeu antibióticos, corticoides e analgésicos. Péssima, os relatos não são apenas meus, os demais usuários que aqui avaliam tem a mesma opinião. A minha nota não é 1 e sim zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica e boa tem um espaço bem organizado e limpo todos os protocolos de higienização e limpeza cumpridos.nota 1000. No primeiro atendimento. Já na segunda consulta não foi muito bom tinha uma avaliação com Dr Vinícius agendado as 16:00 cheguei e esperei até às 16:40 e ninguém me deu uma posição aí perguntei a atendente a mesma só disse ele está em atendimento. Que pena mudou meu conceito em relação a primeira vez. Fiquei bem decepcionado nem me falaram peço desculpas pelo atrasso tipo assim fiquei bem decepcionado.

I had an evaluation with Dr Vinícius scheduled at 4:00 pm I arrived and waited until 4:40 pm and nobody gave me a position there so I asked the attendant the same only said he is in attendance. What a shame my concept has changed compared to the first time. I was very disappointed and they didn’t tell me I apologize for the delay so I was very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de agradecer à equipe da Esthetic Odonto, principalmente à Dra. Kenya com quem eu fiz uma aplicação de botox e iniciei o tratamento de harmonização facial e adorei! E tbm à Dra. Sara com quem fiz uma ótima limpeza nos dentes. Já fui atendida lá várias vezes, sempre com muita excelência e profissionalismo. Inclusive agora na pandemia, me receberam com todos os cuidados de higiene e proteção!! Recomendo a clínica com certeza, pois são nota mil!!
I would like to thank the Esthetic Odonto team, especially Dr. Kenya, with whom I applied botox and started the facial harmonization treatment and I loved it! And also to Dr. Sara with whom I did a great cleaning of the teeth. I've been attended there several times, always with great excellence and professionalism. Even now in the pandemic, they received me with all the hygiene and protection care !! I recommend the clinic for sure, as they are a thousand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito frustrante, primeiro a Dra Gisele atrasa, minha consulta que estava marcada para às 9:30, foi me atender às 10:00, depois me diz que a guia glosou, ligo e resolvo tudo no plano, ela me pede pra aguardar e eu aguardo e por vez a mesma não me atende. Sai da clinica as 12:00 sem atendimento nem desculpas pela a falha, e ainda por cima me fala pra remarcar como se... problema é seu. Muito fraca, não sabe nem negociar com o cliente e minha recomendação é 0, ou seja nenhuma, se a clinica não quwratender plano odontológico é só descrendenciar e trabalhar feliz, eu não tenho culpa dos valores a serem repassados para a clinica. Nota 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo que não vá a este local por atendimento via Unimed. Estou iniciando a resolução de um problema com eles, mas como plano B já agrupando pessoas para ir a justiça contra esta clínica ou pelo menos remover este estabelecimento da rede Unimed.
Eu e minha família fizemos regularmente limpeza supervisionada por eles, atendidos via plano Unimed, até que desconfiei do atendimento ruim, solicitei radiografia e levei a outro dentista que constatou que minha esposa precisa urgentemente de um canal e que está com as restaurações expostas (duas) e outras duas quase nesse mesmo estado.
A impressão que fica é que deixam nossos dentes literalmente se perderem para depois vender o serviço estético que não é atendido pelo plano. Achei antiético e comentando no trabalho fomos descobrindo outras pessoas mal atendidas no local.
I recommend that you do not go to this location for service via Unimed. I'm starting to solve a problem with them, but as plan B I'm already gathering people to go to justice against this clinic or at least remove this establishment from the Unimed network.
My family and I regularly performed cleaning supervised by them, treated via the Unimed plan, until I suspected the poor service, asked for radiography and took it to another dentist who found that my wife urgently needs a canal and that she has her restorations exposed (two) and two others almost in the same state.
The impression that remains is that they literally let our teeth get lost and then sell the aesthetic service that is not covered by the plan. I thought it was unethical and commenting at work, we discovered other people who were underserved in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nessa clínica em 2020 para limpeza e inclusive levei minha filha, foi tranquilo. Retornei em 12/2021, com a mesma intenção de 2020, já na primeira consulta o atraso da dentista foi de uma hora. Na segunda consulta atraso novamente, uma resina foi feita, sai da clinica e fui para casa, chegando em casa, uma parte da resina soltou na minha boca. Reagendei para que a resina fosse colocada novamente, atraso de uma hora para ser atendida, ( a resina caiu alguns dias depois, mas deixei prá lá). Informei por wats app, pessoalmente e por telefone que precisaria da nota fiscal, quando informei pessoalmente escutei em tom de arrogância da pessoa: Não sou recepcionista e tenho que preocupar com o pagamento dos dentistas. Mesmo eu informando meu email, foi enviada a nota para um email que não acesso mais, eu informei isso e me foi mandada uma foto com pouca nitidez das notas fiscais. Finalmente depois de mais de um mês consegui pegar as notas fiscais. Não volto neste local e ninguém da minha família.

I returned on 12/2021, with the same intention as in 2020, at the first appointment the dentist was late for an hour. In the second appointment, I was late again, a resin was made, I left the clinic and went home, arriving home, a part of the resin came out in my mouth. I rescheduled for the resin to be placed again, an hour delay to be seen, (the resin fell off a few days later, but I let it go). I informed by wats app, in person and by phone that I would need the invoice, when I informed in person I heard in a tone of arrogance from the person: I'm not a receptionist and I have to worry about paying the dentists. Even though I informed my email, the note was sent to an email that I no longer access, I informed this and I was sent a photo with little clarity of the invoices. Finally after more than a month I managed to get the invoices. I will not return to this location and neither will my family.
