Peguei engarrafamento, lotação, quando cheguei a moça disse que tentou me avisar que o equipamento não estava funcionando, mas obviamente não tentou, porque meu celular estava ligado direto e eu estava online no WhatsApp. A atendente não me pediu nem desculpas por ter feito da a viagem perdida.
Terrible attendance. My cryolipolysis was scheduled for 8 am. I got a traffic jam, when I arrived the girl said that she tried to let me know that the equipment was not working, but obviously she didn't, because my cell phone was connected directly and I was online on WhatsApp. The attendant did not even apologize to me for making the trip lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma limpeza de pele hoje e fui bem atendida. O espaço é bem estruturado. Fiquei um pouco receosa de início, por conta dos comentários negativos que encontrei aqui, mas reparei que a maioria deles foi feita há mais de 2 anos, então acredito que o salão tenha se remodelado. Enfim, gostei. Fiquei apenas um pouco receosa se havia chegado no lugar certo, pois não tem placa na frente. Mas a fachada é linda e toda florida.
I had a facial today and was well attended. The space is well structured. I was a little scared at first due to the negative comments I found here, but I noticed that most of them were made over 2 years ago, so I believe the hall has been remodeled. Anyway, I liked it. I was just a little afraid if I had arrived in the right place, as there is no sign on the front. But the facade is beautiful and all flowery.

A esteticista não limpou bem e ainda fez com que eu ficasse com uma espinha interna, pois ela usava tipo uma agulha pra furar e espremer e em uma dessas furadas ficou um carocinho escuro, e já faz meses que estou com esse caroço ocasionado por essa esteticista. Além disso ela era muito grosseira na forma que fazia o procedimento, já fiz limpeza de pele em vários lugares de Fortaleza e não ocorria toda essa agressividade. Eu optei em ir nessa clínica pois estava com pressa pra fazer, e na clínica que eu costumava fazer estava com a agenda bem lotada.
A limpeza de pele é péssima, e também a aplicação de cílios (minha mãe fez no mesmo dia em que eu fiz a limpeza, e caíram alguns cílios no dia seguinte, além de não terem colocado um cílio adequado para o olho dela que é bem pequeno)
Não recomendo essa clínica.

Besides, she was very rude in the way she performed the procedure, I've cleaned my skin in several places in Fortaleza and there wasn't all this aggressiveness. I chose to go to this clinic because I was in a hurry to do it, and the clinic I used to attend had a very busy schedule.
The cleaning of the skin is terrible, and also the application of eyelashes (my mother did it on the same day I did the cleaning, and some eyelashes fell the next day, in addition to not having an adequate eyelash for her eye, which is fine. small)
I don't recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumava ir bastante, mas neste ano ( 2021 ) ando me decepcionando bastante com o salão, eles tem zero compromisso com horário, fazem tanta questão em fazer agendamento, sendo que sempre tem atrasos absurdos.
