Pontos negativos: Fiz o procedimento de uma escova progressiva, no qual fui informada que seria usado um produto bem mais leve, à base de aminoácidos, com teor quase inexistente de formol, mas que teria excelente resultado, e que o efeito duraria aproximadamente uns dois meses.
Conclusão: na primeira lavagem, meus cabelos voltaram a ser o que eram antes, isto é, rebeldes, com volume, com frizz...
Me senti um pouco lesada, mas a minha única atitude é não frequentar mais o salão.
Positives: Good service, friendliness, attentiveness, explanation about the service, before it is done.
Negative points: I did the procedure of a progressive brush, in which I was informed that a much lighter product, based on amino acids, with almost no formaldehyde content, but that would have an excellent result, would be used, and that the effect would last approximately two months.
Conclusion: in the first wash, my hair returned to what it was before, that is, rebellious, with volume, with frizz ...
I felt a little injured, but my only attitude is not to go to the salon anymore.
