Odiei ter perdido 35 reais em um fone, por defeito de fábrica.
Era um dia de sábado quando o fone começou a dar mal contato, levei ele na loja pois estava na garantia e quando vendedor pegou no fone, a parte que coloca no ouvido desencachou apenas.
Ou seja, era um defeito de fábrica e ele me disse que o seguro não ia cobrir .
Então tá bom , eu só não compro nada ali mais.
The service is great, but the products are not of quality.
I hated having lost 35 reais on a phone, by factory defect.
It was a Saturday day when the phone started to give bad contact, I took it in the store because it was under warranty and when the seller picked up the phone, the part that he put in his ear just took off.
That is, it was a factory defect and he told me that the insurance was not going to cover it.
So okay, I just don't buy anything there anymore.

Além disso, 7 dias depois a tela simplesmente quebrou sem nenhum motivo. O "vidro" da tela, mais parece um casca de ovo de tão frágil!!! Sinceramente, como pode existir uma empresa dessas?? Ganhou 1 estrela porque não existe ZERO estrelas. ??
I took it to change my cell phone screen and they returned it to me worse than I left it!! Damaged several parts that were intact when I left. How is this possible? Also, 7 days later the screen just broke for no reason. The "glass" of the screen, looks more like an eggshell it's so fragile!!! Honestly, how can such a company exist?? Earned 1 star because there are no ZERO stars. ??
