★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a reforma do meu sofá no final do ano (2021/2022), inicialmente fechamos para trocar estofados e tecido o sofá e fazer a troca do tecido de duas poltronas (uma inclusive que eu dei o tecido). No dia de retirar o que seria reformado não levaram uma das poltronas e essa ficaria para depois. Até aí ok. O prazo de entrega foi cumprindo como o combinado porém não fizeram a tal poltrona mas, não criei caso com isso pois entendia que por ser fim de ano poderia ter alta demanda e como já queria mesmo também reformar as cadeiras da cozinha iria aguardar para cobrar isso posteriormente. Passado um mês da entrega do sofá notamos que a rodinha do retrátil estava solta e bamba (parafuso solto) na semana seguinte ao puxar o sofá o assento estava rasgado e percebemos então que um grampo/prego ficou sobressalente. Aí começou a saga.... enviamos mensagem, ligamos marcamos inúmeras visitas... enviamos fotos, vídeos... bem.. o resumo é inúmeras desculpas e sempre algo impossibilitando a solução é contato.
Fomos pacientes, tentamos de tudo mas vimos que falta muito comprometimento.. ainda estou aguardando, porém vejo cada vez mais que sairei no prejuízo.

The delivery deadline was as agreed, but they didn't make that armchair, but I didn't make a case for it because I understood that because it was the end of the year, there could be high demand and as I really wanted to renovate the kitchen chairs, I would wait to charge it. posteriorly. A month after the sofa was delivered, we noticed that the retractable wheel was loose and wobbly (loose screw) the following week when pulling the sofa out the seat was torn and then we realized that a staple/nail was spare. Then the saga began.... we send a message, we call, we schedule numerous visits... we send photos, videos... well... the summary is numerous excuses and always something preventing the solution is contact.
We were patient, we tried everything but we saw that there is a lot of commitment.. I'm still waiting, but I see more and more that I'm going to lose.
