★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixar aqui mina indignação com essa loja, sábado dia 10/07/2021 fui até a loja junto a minha esposa e fui descriminado pelo vendedor MATHEUS o mesmo fez eu espera para fecha o negócio até aí tudo bem mais o pior estava por vim na chega de mais um cliente com aparência sulista o mesmo mesmo me informou que era para uma vendedora de outra loja me atender que ele ia atender esse cliente (precinceito pela minha cor ou pq estava de chinelo) sendo q estava esperando para compra um sofá de mais de 3 mil o mesmo nós toco da loja como um cachorro sendo que o próprio era da cor negra como um vendedor pode tratar um cliente assim. Uma dica não compre lá lugar de preconceito não vele apena tá aberto. Aos donos fica a dica seu vendedor deveria ser preso pelo ato feito e a loja responsável pelo ocorrido.
 Leave here my indignation with this store, Saturday 10/07/2021 I went to the store with my wife and I was discriminated against by the salesperson MATHEUS the same did I wait to close the deal until then everything well but the worst was to come on arrival from another customer with a southern appearance, he informed me that a saleswoman from another store was to meet me that he was going to meet this customer (precisely because of my color or because he was wearing flip-flops) when he was waiting to buy a sofa with more than 3 thousand the same we play in the store like a dog being that he himself was black as a salesman can treat a customer like that. A tip, don't buy a place of prejudice, don't watch it, it's open. The owners have the tip that their seller should be arrested for the act done and the store responsible for what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Fiz a compra de um sofá na loja da Silviano Brandão, fiquei muito satisfeita com a qualidade do produto. Porém, veio faltando o rolinho do sofá. Liguei para a loja e falaram que ia chegar o mais rápido possível. Já estou aguardando a quase dois meses, meu sofá chegou no final do mês de dezembro. Deixo aqui a minha indignação!
Good afternoon! I bought a sofa at Silviano Brandão's store, I was very satisfied with the quality of the product. However, the sofa roll was missing. I called the store and they said it would arrive as soon as possible. I've been waiting for almost two months, my sofa arrived at the end of December. I leave here my indignation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a loja foi excelente. Desde o atendimento, (todas as vezes que fui visitar) até o recebimento do meu sofá. Eu e meu noivo fomos super bem atendidos pelo Matheus, e todas nossas dúvidas foram sanadas. Ele nos deixou a vontade a todo momento. O sofá chegou dentro do prazo, nós ligaram com antecedência e foi montado corretamente no local. Os montadores fizeram toda demonstração e explicações necessárias. Só tenho elogios. Obrigada Matheus.
My experience with the store was excellent. From the service, (every time I went to visit) to receiving my sofa. My fiance and I were super well attended by Matheus, and all our doubts were answered. He made us feel comfortable at all times. The sofa arrived on time, we called ahead and it was assembled correctly on the spot. The assemblers did all the necessary demonstration and explanations. I only have praise. Thank you Matheus.
