★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculo!!! Pessimo!!! Nao sei nem o que dizer sobre esse lugar que dizem chamar de Petshop! Levamos meu poodle para tosar hoje (28/02/2019) as 15h30 e a mulher que diz ser tosadora, machucou ele inteirinho!!!!! No peito um corte profundo, onde a justificativa dela e que tinha um nozinho no pelo dele!!! Ela acha que nao conheco meu cachorro???? Ele nao tinha nenhum nozinho no pelo!! Nas patas traseiras parecia que tinham passado laminas de barbear!!!! Meu cachorro esta com dores....quando pegamos ele no colo ele chora de tantas feridas! Ate quando as pessoas vao querer enganar umas as outras???? Carniceiros!!!!
Ridiculous!!! Terrible!!! I do not even know what to say about this place they call the Petshop! We took my poodle to toast today (02/28/2019) at 3:30 p.m. and the woman who says she is a coughing, he totally hurt !!!!! In the chest a deep cut, where the justification of it and that had a little in his hair !!! She thinks I do not know my dog ???? He did not have any little hair in his hair !! On the hind legs it looked like they had passed razor blades !!!! My dog is in pain .... when we get him on his lap he cries for so many wounds! Until when people will want to cheat each other ???? Butchers !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dei uma estrela, pois não é possível enviar a mensagem sem marcar a mesma ... levei meu cachorro no dia 26/09 e me arrependi amargamente... paguei banho e hidratação e ele saiu de lá cheio de nós e machucado! os pelos no dia seguinte estavam totalmente ressecados... e ainda tive que ouvir que ele ficou agitado por isso aconteceram essas coisas .... absurdo ! claro que é agitado , é filhote ! tivessem me devolvido ele molhado e não ter cobrado , já que não conseguiram fazer aquilo que se propuseram a fazer... foi a primeira e ultima vez ! e detalhe : ainda tive que ouvir que era pra eu voltar lá para segurar o cachorro e eles conseguirem tirar os nós , me poupem ! Não sou funcionária de vocês ! Nunca mais e pelos comentários , ele não foi o único a ser machucado!

I paid for bath and hydration and he left there full of us and hurt! the hair the next day was totally dry ... and I still had to hear that he was agitated because of that, these things happened ... absurd! of course it's agitated, it's a puppy! had he returned it wet and not charged, since they couldn't do what they set out to do ... it was the first and last time! and detail: I still had to hear that I was supposed to go back there to hold the dog and they managed to remove the knots, save me! I'm not your employee! Never again and by the comments, he was not the only one to be hurt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim/pessimo , se voce quiser passar raiva, levei meu pet pela primeira vez e ultima, recomendação de uma amiga , ja chegaram colocando focinheira faleinpara nao colocar, nao tem paciencia, com um shitzu !!!!!, ademais falei para não colocar na gaiola, fui ignorado, ao pegar o pet, notei que foi o PIOR banho que ele tomou, nao demorou 15 minutos, so jogaram agua e secaram... voltou com CARRAPTO!!!! Ah ele nao tinha antes , nao sai de casa , nao teria como pegar carrapato em outro lugar , higiene zero, nao limparam nada , orelha suja...NAO RECOMENDO
Bad/very bad, if you want to get angry, I took my pet for the first and last time, recommendation of a friend, they arrived with a muzzle, falein to not put it on, don't have the patience, with a shitzu !!!!!, in addition I told you not to put it on in the cage, I was ignored, when I took the pet, I noticed that it was the WORST bath he had, it didn't take 15 minutes, they just threw water and dried it... it came back with TICK!!!! Ah, he didn't have it before, he doesn't leave the house, he wouldn't be able to catch ticks anywhere else, zero hygiene, they didn't clean anything, dirty ear... I DON'T RECOMMEND
