★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer apenas alinhamento, no qual liguei antes e perguntei o preço 50,00 .. Cheguei e esperei 1h para ser atendido.. Fui informado, durante a espera, que eu deveria realizar a cambagem e caster, caso contrário, o alinhamento não ficaria satisfatório. Total do serviço R$230,00 .. Achei estranho e falei com mecânico de confiança que disse para fazer o alinhamento, ele disse que nessa época de final do ano "os caras" costumam fazer isso mesmo.. Daí me indicou outro lugar, fiz o alinhamento apenas e ficou 40,00 ..

I was informed, during the wait, that I should perform the camber and caster, otherwise, the alignment would not stay satisfactory. Total service R$230.00 .. I found it strange and I spoke to a trusted mechanic who told me to do the alignment, he said that at this time of the end of the year "the guys" usually do that... Then he told me another place, I did the alignment only and was 40.00 ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tbm fui mais uma vítima dessa loja levei uma strada ano 2002 p arrumar a direção que estava dura mi condenaram caixa de direção depois bomba e no final era só o reservatório de óleo entupido ainda tem mais paguei p tirar um vazamento do carter que era ajunta e o final não conseguiram resolver até hj o carro tá fazando sao uns picaretas de primeira e levei o carro lá umas 6 vezes sao muito ruins ainda falam que estão 17 anos no mercado fazendo picaretagem
I was also another victim of this store I took a road in 2002 to fix the steering that was hard I condemned the steering gear after the pump and in the end it was just the clogged oil tank. and at the end they couldn't solve it until today the car is doing some first-rate pickaxes and I took the car there about 6 times it's very bad they still say they've been in the market for 17 years doing pickaxes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento foi duvidoso. Antes de soltar o parafuso da roda já disseram que iria estourar, eu mesmo soltei para mostrar que estavam errados. Trocaram meus amortecedores e kit batente originais que eu mesmo levei, mas para minha surpresa montaram errado.
Ao voltar lá pela garantia do serviço, disseram que o problema era na caixa de direção. Levei em outro mecânico que desmontou e apenas trocou os batentes que foram danificados pela falta de experiência deles, o carro ficou 100%.
Altos preços e fazem de tudo para inventar mais serviços para seu carro.
Service was questionable. Before loosening the wheel bolt they already said it would burst, I loosened it myself to show they were wrong. They replaced my original shock absorbers and stopper kit that I took myself, but to my surprise they mounted it wrong.
Upon returning there for the service guarantee, they said the problem was in the steering box. I took it to another mechanic who took it apart and just changed the stops that were damaged by their lack of experience, the car was 100%.
High prices and they do everything to invent more services for your car.

Nível técnico muito baixo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É sei que é difícil atender com prestigio, muitas vezes quando levamos o carro nesta oficina parece que nos estamos pedindo favor. pedi um orçamento pelo whatsapp e isso já tem dois dias, você vê que o cara visualizou respondeu parcialmente e deixou de lado. porquê colocar um atendimento digital, mas não cumprir com o combinado, quando o Henrique estava parecia que a administração era um pouco melhor, por sorte temos a Internet que está ao nosso favor para pelo menos relatar nosso descontentamento. Vocês precisam melhorar e saber atender o cliente. pois no meu caso eu tenho dinheiro para pagar e poder de saber reclamar, pois não pedi o serviço de graça, muito menos desconto. Fica a dica.
