★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O proprietário, Júnior, é muito simpático, desempenha aparentemente bem seu papel de vendedor. Estive na loja há um ano para ver um Defender e acabei adquirindo um Troller. Porém, parte do combinado não foi cumprido. Quando comprei houve promessa de entrega de manual e chave reserva. O manual nunca foi entregue apesar de várias cobranças, e nunca recebi sequer uma desculpa por isso. Sempre que ligava ele iria ver e resolver e nada. A chave veio depois pelo correio, porém acredito não ser a chave reserva original, parece uma chave feita, sem a marcação da Troller. Antes da compra também, o Júnior me enviou um vídeo de demonstração do carro. Nesse vídeo diz que os bicos e bomba do motor acabavam de ter sido feitos. Não era verdade, depois de três meses tive de fazer. Minha reclamação não é apenas por promessas não cumpridas e informações não verdadeiras. O problema é que isso representa dinheiro. Quando for vender o carro não terei o manual e a chave reserva e haverá desvalorização. E dizer que um serviço foi feito, não sendo verdade, é desleal. São serviços muito caros esses, coisas que influenciam no preço do veículo. Em conclusão, não faria outro negócio e saí no prejuízo.
The owner, Junior, is very friendly, apparently plays his role as a salesman well. I was in the store a year ago to see a Defender and ended up getting a Troller. However, part of the agreement was not fulfilled. When I bought it, there was a promise to deliver the manual and spare key. The manual was never delivered despite multiple charges, and I never received even an apology for it. Whenever I called he would see and solve and nothing. The key came later in the mail, but I believe it is not the original spare key, it looks like a made key, without the Troller's marking. Before the purchase too, Junior sent me a demo video of the car. In this video it says that the nozzles and engine pump had just been made. It wasn't true, after three months I had to do it. My complaint is not just for broken promises and untrue information. The problem is that this represents money. When I go to sell the car I won't have the manual and spare key and there will be devaluation. And to say that a service was done, if it is not true, is disloyal. These are very expensive services, things that influence the price of the vehicle. In conclusion, I wouldn't do another deal and I left at a loss.

The owner does not seem to like to pay the property taxes of vehicles, makes paper spoiled child, very bad negotiator.
