Apesar de os produtos terem um valor acessível, o atendimento deixa a desejar absurdamente.
Raramente consigo informações simples, realizar orçamento é algo impossível.
Os profissionais são totalmente despreparados para realizar atendimento, não encarecem dúvidas, parecem não se importar em concluir ou não o atendimento.
Ane me atendeu ontem, parou de falar e hj (24h após) ainda não obtive retorno. Isso já aconteceu várias vezes! Geralmente desisto e vou a loja para obter um orçamento.
Quantos dias são necessário para que vcs dêem um retorno ao cliente?
NEGLIGENT SERVICE (WHATSAPP AND ATTENDANCE)
Although the products have an affordable value, the service is absurdly lacking.
I rarely get simple information, budgeting is impossible.
Professionals are totally unprepared to provide care, do not raise doubts, seem not to care whether or not to complete the service.
Ane attended me yesterday, stopped talking and today (24h after) I still haven't got a return. This has happened several times! I usually give up and go to the store to get a quote.
How many days does it take for you to give feedback to the customer?

Fizeram a caixa teste e me entregaram em casa, para minha aprovação e após na aprovação, também fizeram a entrega no prazo. Tive um ótimo atendimento do início ao fim.
