No dia 30.11 tive a triste notícia do falecimento do meu querido Pai, ele estava passando o final de semana na cidade de Peruibe e somos residentes de São Paulo, capital. Tenho o Seguro Funerário oferecido pela Corretora Estrela Azul, porém no momento que mais precisei foi quando me deparei com a desumanidade, capitalismo , falta de sensibilidade e respeito.Após receber a notícia do óbito e ainda na porta do hospital, contatei a Estrela Azul até então fui orientada através do whattsupp o telefone que eu deveria ligar para obter toda a assistência necessária, isso era em torno de umas 20h-21h00 . Uma vez contatado tudo, fui informada que não era para eu ter contato com nenhum agente funerário e que uma pessoa me ligaria para passar o passo a passo de tudo que eu deveria fazer. Recebemos a ligação de retorno da Seguradora nos informando tudo que estava incluído no meu plano totalizariam o valor de R$ 5.500,00. Tudo certo pediram que eu aguardasse o agente funerário que retiraria o corpo do meu pai de . Por volta das 01h30 da madrugada começou o meu martírio, me ligaram da seguradora e funerária , informando que eu deveria pagar um valor extra (R$ 1600,00) .Perguntei qual serviço que meu pai está a a caminho de SP e a seguradora informou que eu não arcaria com nada. Pedi que me deixassem assimilar tudo que estava ocorrendo, pois estava em choque mas não respeitaram minha solicitação. Contratei um seguro para não me dar este tipo de problema e olha o inicio do serviço prestado.No dia e horário combinado estava eu e minha irmã no cartorio, por volta das ,9:30 da manhã e assistente da funerária (chamada Patricia) que ia nos dar o apoio chegou 2h00 depois reclamando que tinha que pagar estacionamento e que não achou vaga na ua. Minha irmã pegou o papel do estacionamento dela e pagou os R$ 12,50 para ver se agilizava o serviço. Fomos informadas que o cartório não era aquele e que teríamos que ir para outro. mais uma reclamação da Patricia que teríamos que nos locomover para outro cartório para lavrar a certidão de óbito do meu pai. Chegando no outro cartório fomos atendidas rapidamente , mas isso já eram cerca de 12h00 e o enterro previsto para as 15h00.Foi quando a Patricia nos informou que ela mesma ia voltar a São Bernando local da funerária para buscar o corpo do meu pai , além de apoio burocrática ela que transladaria o corpo até o cemitério, ou seja, impossível do velório ocorrer as 15h00 conforme eles mesmos haviam agendado comigo. Resumindo meus familiares, amigos, clientes do meu pai e minha mae sua companheira de 47 anos o aguardavam o corpo no cemitério e ele não foi levado. A funerária não avisou o cemitério e por ganancia, ainda me disseram que agora o corpo do meu pai se tratava apenas de matéria. Estou triste , além de me sentir humilhada. Paguei por um serviços desumano e que só visapor ganância me extorquir mais R$ 1200 reais. Triste saber que estamos nas mãos de empresas como estas. Visam arrancar dinheiro no pior momento de vida das pessoas.

Once everything was contacted, I was informed that I was not supposed to have contact with any undertakers and that someone would call me to go over the step by step of everything I should do. We received the return call from the Insurer informing us everything that was included in my plan would total the amount of R$ 5,500.00. All right, they asked me to wait for the undertaker who would remove my father's body from . Around 01:30 in the morning my martyrdom began, they called me from the insurance company and funeral home, informing me that I should pay an extra amount (BRL 1600.00). I asked what service my father is on his way to SP and the insurance company informed that I wouldn't pay for anything. I asked them to let me assimilate everything that was going on, as I was in shock but they didn't respect my request. I took out insurance so as not to give me this type of problem and look at the beginning of the service provided. On the agreed day and time my sister and I were at the registry office, around 9:30 am and the funeral home assistant (named Patricia) who He was going to give us support. He arrived at 2:00 am later complaining that he had to pay for parking and that he couldn't find a space in the water. My sister took the paper from her parking lot and paid the R$12.50 to see if it would speed up the service. We were informed that the office was not the one and that we would have to go to another one. another complaint from Patricia that we would have to move to another registry office to draw up my father's death certificate. Arriving at the other office, we were assisted quickly, but it was already around 12:00 and the burial was scheduled for 15:00. That was when Patricia informed us that she was going back to São Bernando, the funeral home, to pick up my father's body, as well as bureaucratic support, she who would transfer the body to the cemetery, in other words, it was impossible for the wake to take place at 15:00 as they had scheduled with me. In summary, my family, friends, clients of my father and my mother, her 47-year-old partner, were waiting for the body in the cemetery and it was not taken. The funeral home didn't notify the cemetery and out of greed, they even told me that now my father's body was just matter. I'm sad, in addition to feeling humiliated. I paid for an inhumane service and that only seeks greed to extort another R$ 1200 reais from me. Sad to know that we are in the hands of companies like these. They aim to extract money at the worst time in people's lives.
