A excelência no trabalho é o diferencial. Mas não está sabendo lidar com a clientela que tem aumentado. Trabalha com a metodologia de hora marcada, mas não cumpre com horários nem avisa seus clientes ( descaso total ). Marquei um corte para 16:30. Agora são 17:30 e ainda tem 3 pessoas na minha frente.
I was the first to comment and had given 5 stars to 1 year ago. Decreases to 2.
Excellence in work is the difference. But it is not knowing how to deal with the clientele that has increased. It works with the methodology of appointment, but does not comply with schedules nor warns its customers (total neglect). I made a cut for 16:30. It's now 5:30 PM and there are still 3 people in front of me.
