E só venho evoluindo com as terapia. Já fiz outros tipos de terapias, mas nenhuma delas me trouxe tantos benefícios em tão pouco tempo. Eu super indico o estúdio da mente para quem precisar de terapia. Ah... confesso para vocês que fiquei com um pouco de medo, por pensar que era como na televisão (O que muito pensam). Mas não é bem assim, você fica totalmente consciente, mas com uma sensação de paz e leveza. O Sérgio, utiliza várias "ferramentas" para chegarmos no nosso objetivo final e trazendo um resultado incrível.
It's been amazing, my experience. At first I was a little discredited, until I left the office for the first time. In the first week there was already a very significant difference. And I've only been evolving with therapy. I've done other types of therapies, but none of them have brought me so much benefit in such a short time. I really recommend the mind studio for anyone in need of therapy. Ah... I confess to you that I was a little scared, because I thought it was like on television (What a lot of people think). But not quite, you are fully aware, but with a sense of peace and lightness. Sérgio uses several "tools" to reach our final goal and bringing an incredible result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com síndrome de ansiedade e já tinha iniciado tratamento com psicóloga durante a pandemia, mas não foi boa a experiência com tratamento on line por conta do aplicativo. Para agendar presencial, precisaria do encaminhamento do psiquiatra que já havia me receitado medicação, mas não queria ir por esse caminho, afinal, no passado fiz tratamento durante 5 anos com psiquiatra e 6 anos de terapia para tratar síndrome do pânico.
Vi uma postagem do Sergio sobre tratamento com hipnoterapia no facebook e decidi agendar um horário. Confesso que não acreditava muito que em apenas algumas sessões estaria bem, mas desejava muito sair do quadro que me encontrava. Para minha surpresa, na primeira semana após a sessão já me senti muito aliviada, relaxada, segura, leve e dormindo bem. Assim foram as outras semanas e após 45 dias e 6 sessões, finalizamos as terapias comigo sem nenhum sintoma.
Pessoas que me conhecem e sabem da minha história pediram indicação e já iniciaram as sessões.
Foi ótimo para mim, indico a quem eu amo e a você que eu não conheço, mas está lendo minha experiência, vale a pena experimentar e depois você quem vai me contar.
She had anxiety syndrome and had already started treatment with a psychologist during the pandemic, but the experience with online treatment was not good because of the application. To make an appointment in person, I would need a referral from a psychiatrist who had already prescribed me medication, but I didn't want to go down that path, after all, in the past, I was treated for 5 years with a psychiatrist and 6 years of therapy to treat panic syndrome.
I saw a post by Sergio about treatment with hypnotherapy on facebook and decided to schedule a time. I confess that I didn't really believe that in just a few sessions I would be fine, but I really wanted to get out of the picture I was in. To my surprise, in the first week after the session I felt very relieved, relaxed, safe, light and sleeping well. That's how the other weeks went and after 45 days and 6 sessions, we ended the therapies with me without any symptoms.
People who know me and know my history have asked for nomination and have already started the sessions.
It was great for me, I indicate who I love and you I don't know, but you're reading my experience, it's worth trying and then you'll tell me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz somente uma sessão e infelizmente não pude dar continuidade. Mas achei o Sergio um ótimo profissional. Uma pessoa atenciosa, leve e motivadora. O local é de fácil acesso e bem visível, o que me deu uma segurança maior. Assim que der retornarei com o tratamento.
I only did one session and unfortunately I couldn't continue. But I thought Sergio was a great professional. A caring, light and motivating person. The location is easily accessible and clearly visible, which gave me greater security. As soon as I can I will return with the treatment.
