I don't tell anyone! Lousy service! My daughter made her eyebrow and came back with all the pie. Pay 80.00 for that? The worst thing is to let the client leave like this without saying anything! Lack of total professionalism !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a sobrancelha definitiva, paguei um absurdo 900 reais. Voltei pra retocar depois de uma semana pq já tinha falhas mas a atendente profissional falou que estava liiiiinnnnda !!! Mesmo depois de eu muito insistir não consegui o retoque !!! Não recomendo , uma bosta o ponto de vista deles e valores fora do mercado.
I made the definitive eyebrow, I paid an absurd 900 reais. I went back to retouch after a week because I already had failures but the professional attendant said it was liiiiinnnnda !!! Even after I insisted a lot, I didn't get the touch-up !!! I do not recommend, their shit their point of view and values outside the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhosooooooo, todos os atendentes sao incriveis , o preço é otimo, quem reclama de preço é pobre que nao valoriza nem seu proprio trabalho, sabem fazer as melhores pigmentaçoes de sobrancelhas e deliniador entao nem se fala , tem um tal de rodrigo que arraza , alem de ter o mesmo nome que eu ! Amooooo o estudio do mooca , nunca fui tao bem atendido!
Maravilhosooooooo, all the attendants are incredible, the price is great, those who complain about the price are poor who do not value even their own work, they know how to make the best eyebrow pigments and eyeliner so they don’t even talk about it, there’s such a rodrigo who makes it, besides having the same name as me! Amooooo the mooca studio, I was never so well attended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia desagradavel. NAO vao nesse lugar. Fazem propaganda enganosa. Anunciam um preco na tabela e quando voce vai pagar e outro. NAO explicam os detalhes e agiram de ma fe comigo. Perguntei o preco da depilacao da sobrancelha e de outra parte do rosto, e informaram que seria 35 reais sobrancelha e 35 a outra parte. Quando fui pagar, me explicaram que cada sobrancelha custaria 40 reais. Quem faz depilacao de UMA sobrancelha? Na propria folha da tabela de precos nao esta informado que seria apenas uma, deveriam informar o preco total. Eu me senti enganada, e feita de boba. No final, paguei 80 reais para fazer uma depilacao de sobrancelha "a linha", que NAO foi feita toda a linha. Ainda por cima, a parte de baixo foi feita a pinca. Alem de anunciarem um preco falso, o servico tambem nao e aquilo que anunciam. A moca que faz a sobrancelha foi super boazinha, mas as duas que estavam no balcao agiram de ma fe. Me senti lesada como cliente, e NAO volto nunca mais nesse lugar. E com certeza falarei para todos que conheco JAMAIS irem la.
Unpleasant experience. DO NOT go there. They make misleading advertising. They announce a price in the table and when you are going to pay is another. They DO NOT explain the details and acted badly with me. I asked for the price of epilation of the eyebrow and another part of the face, and they informed that it would be 35 real eyebrows and 35 the other part. When I went to pay, they explained that each eyebrow would cost 40 reais. Who shaves ONE eyebrow? In the price sheet it is not informed that it would be just one, they should inform the total price. I felt cheated, and made a fool of myself. In the end, I paid 80 reais to do an eyebrow wax "the line", which was NOT done the whole line. On top of that, the bottom part was made with pinca. In addition to announcing a fake price, the service is also not what they advertise. The girl who makes the eyebrow was super nice, but the two who were at the counter acted badly. I felt injured as a customer, and I will never be back in that place. And I will definitely tell everyone I know to NEVER go there.

I trust the work of Estúdio da Sobebrha. I trust the professionals there .. the Ivy that serves me in the mouth is eyebrows and an excellent professional and a dear one .. I became a customer for sure .. Anxious to do more procedures that they offer ..

A profissional deixou muito pelo na área da sobrancelha e tirou onde não devia, ocasionando algumas falhas. Me foi oferecido um pacote, como não me interessou, exageraram no preço cobrado. Não recomendo. Foi a primeira e última vez.
I felt cheated when I paid R$130.00 for eyebrow and fluff design. And the service was not good. The professional left a lot of hair in the eyebrow area and removed it where it shouldn't, causing some flaws. I was offered a package, as it didn't interest me, they exaggerated the price charged. I do not recommend. It was the first and last time.
