★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca gostei de fazer exercícios físicos...mais por motivo de saúde ( hipertensão e pré diabete) comecei a me exercitar....mais falo que comecei a gostar depois que conheci a Dani...vale a pena !!!
I never liked doing physical exercises ... more for health reasons (hypertension and pre diabetes) I started exercising .... the more I say that I started to like it after I met Dani ... it's worth it !!!

Então assim que houve a oportunidade adquiri uma vaga no estúdio e já faz quase um ano que vou 3 vezes por semana treinar e participo dos eventos de desafio que ela organiza. Me sinto renovada, com energia, minha auto estima aumentou e quero continuar por muito tempo no estúdio. Reduzi peso e medidas, além de me alimentar melhor e bem.
I am overweight and discouraged to exercise, especially during the pandemic. But I already knew Daniele Silveira's work. So, as soon as I had the opportunity, I got a vacancy in the studio and it's been almost a year since I've been training 3 times a week and taking part in the challenge events she organizes. I feel renewed, with energy, my self-esteem has increased and I want to stay in the studio for a long time. I reduced weight and measurements, in addition to eating better and well.
