★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natália é extremamente arrogante. Como cliente, pedi uma edição das fotos e ela falou que eu queria ser "boneco de cera." Desrespeitosa e nada profissional. De nada adianta ter uma boa câmera e ser incompetente no trato com as pessoas. Além disso ela não respeita as escolhas do cliente, qual roupa usar e se queremos ficar sorrindo ou sérios. Totalmente não indicada.
Natalia is extremely arrogant. As a client, I asked for an edit of the photos and she said I wanted to be a "wax doll." Disrespectful and unprofessional. It's no use having a good camera and being incompetent when dealing with people. Furthermore, she doesn't respect the client's choices, what clothes to wear and whether we want to be smiling or serious. Totally not indicated.

Extremamente cuidadosa com os clientes, principalmente com as crianças. Estúdio bem localizado, limpo e de extremo bom gosto. No ‘pós venda’ tirou todas as dúvidas quanto a escolha das fotos e edições. Ah, e o melhor, entrega no prazo. Indicarei sempre!
Natalia is wonderful and of unquestionable competence. Attentive, pleasant, friendly and with a lot of attention to detail in the photo sessions. Extremely careful with customers, especially with children. Studio well located, clean and extremely tasteful. In the 'after sale' he took all doubts about the choice of photos and edits. Oh, and best of all, on-time delivery. I will always recommend!
