Este é um dos pontos que me deixa muito na dúvida de continuar com o GNV.
Pagar e passar todos os anos por isso é um saco, além do preço do GNV não ser tão mais atrativo hoje em dia.
 Come to waste a few hours here on this inspection.
This is one of the points that makes me very doubtful to continue with CNG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu freio de mão estava levemente empenado, na hora da vistoria eles puxaram com tanta força que quebrou a alavanca, ficou apenas a minha palavra contra a do vistoriador, levei 3 dias pra poder falar com o diretor pois sempre me informavam que ele não se encontrava. Eu ia pra o PROCON mas acabei desistindo e deixei pra lá ja tinha me ausentado 3 vezes do trabalho pra tentar resolver.
QUANDO TIVEREM UM PROBLEMA VÃO PRA A JUSTIÇA, NÃO FAÇAM COMO EU.
My handbrake was slightly bent, at the time of the inspection they pulled so hard that it broke the lever, it was just my word against the inspector's, it took me 3 days to be able to talk to the director because they always informed me that he was not there . I was going to PROCON but I ended up giving up and I let it go. I had already been absent 3 times from work to try to solve it.
WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM GO TO JUSTICE, DON'T DO IT LIKE ME.

Até hoje 8/12/2020 nossos CSV s estão vencidos.
O gerente Jefferson tem grande dificuldade em nos atender.
Ligo várias vezes ao dia e ele sempre dá desculpas sem resolução.
Abriremos reclamação junto ao Inmetro e reclame aqui.
Nota zero no atendimento do gerente.
Our vehicle fleet with CNG had the inspection of 10 cars carried out at ETEVEPA.

Manager Jefferson has great difficulty in assisting us.
