Para conhecer o imóvel e preciso ir ao escritório pegar as chaves para que você realize sozinho a visita, após isso tem que ir deixar as chaves. Me foi incômodo pois tive que sair do trabalho em horário comercial para fazer isso, além do mesmo se aplicar para assinatura de alguns documentos.

To get to know the property, I need to go to the office to get the keys so that you can make the visit yourself, after that you have to leave the keys. It bothered me because I had to leave work during business hours to do this, in addition to applying for signing some documents.

Estou absolutamente sem suporte na entrega de um apartamento onde o Proprietário age de má-fé e se recusa a aceitar as chaves, fazendo mil e uma exigências indevidas de itens que já estavam deteriorados antes mesmo de eu ir morar. A ética não me passa datas, respostas, posicionamentos e, enquanto isso, vai me cobrando mais dias e dias de aluguel sem marcar minha vistoria. Um absurdo. Estou grávida, meu atendimento deveria ser prioritário e, mesmo assim, estou passando por essa humilhação. Não se enganem. Não aluguem apartamentos nessa imobiliária!

I'm pregnant, my care should be a priority and, even so, I'm going through this humiliation. Make no mistake. Do not rent apartments in this real estate agency!

Eram Mais de 15 chaves, sendo que o corretor não acompanha o cliente na visita, e precisei catar as chaves para entrar no imóvel. O corretor ainda pediu para realizar tarefas dele. Como fechar portas da casa, e identificar as chaves do imóvel.
Contudo, me interessei pelo imóvel e pedi para reservar o mesmo pois iria alugar, mas o corretor parou de responder e sumiu. Péssima experiência.

Coletam seus dados para fechar negócio, alugam o imóvel no meio do processo e não oferecem nenhum feedback, isso porque alegam só ter a sua oferta de imóvel. Profissionalismo zero. Não sabem informações detalhadas do imóvel que ofertam, não tem comprometimento com o cliente que tenta trabalhar com eles. Pedem informações exageradas. As informações passadas pelas pessoas divergem. Corram dessa corretora. Ao chegar no imóvel tive que ficar caçando vaga de estacionamento na rua porque o corretor pegou a vaga do imóvel, acabando com a experiência de uso do apartamento, não sabem trabalhar.
