★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma casa com depósito....morei 3 anos na casa sai da casa em janeiro com todas as contas pagas, tenho o comprovantes !!! Ate a data de hj ñ devolveu meu dinheiro do depósitos...entrei em contatos com os mesmo por várias vezes..... fala que o proprietário ñ quer devolver o dinheiro....o que eu tenho a ver com isso??aluguei a casa com a imobiliária ....vcs que tem que resolver!!! Após ter postado esse comentário a imobiliária entrou em contato falando que o proprietário alergou que teve gasto na casa...E os gastos foi no valor do deposito que fiz....o mesmos me enviou uns recibos alegando que o proprietário fez manutenção na casa isso é um absurdo...morei por 03 anos na casa e nunca foi feita uma manutenção... Nao indico essa imobiliaria para ninguém....vou ir no Procon procurar meus direitos.
I rented a house with a deposit .... I lived 3 years at the house and left the house in January with all my bills paid, I have the vouchers !!! Until the date of today ñ I returned my money from the deposits ... I contacted them several times ..... it says that the owner ñ wants to return the money .... what do I have to do with it? ? I rented the house with the real estate agent .... you guys have to solve it !!! After posting this comment the real estate agent contacted me saying that the owner said he had spent on the house ... And the expenses were in the amount of the deposit I made .... they sent me receipts claiming that the owner did maintenance on this is absurd ... I lived in the house for 3 years and it was never maintained ... I do not recommend this property to anyone .... I will go to Procon to look for my rights.
