★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja do Shopping Tijuca é nem péssimo, produto que não está em boas condições de uso e depois não consegue trocar, pra trocar exigem que vc compre outro produto. A gerente não tem perfil para trabalhar com público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não gostei do atendimento da vendedora, teve má vontade de me atender, sai de longe, peguei ônibus só para ir até a loja e não fui bem atendida, pois a vendedora não teve paciência para ajudar na busca pelo batom que eu queria, me mostrou um , com a cor aproximada, porém pedi para vê outras tonalidades , mas ela disse que me mostrou um aproximado do que pedi, mas não gostei, perguntei se havia um que não transpasse para a máscara, ela novamente disse que só tinha aquele, fiquei muito decepcionada, pois sábado e o casamento da minha irmã, na qual sou madrinha e fui até a loja para comprar um batom e um blush e infelizmente são de lá decepcionada, até porque Eudora não é qualquer uma e a Eudora que aí amo de paixão, apesar de não ter muitos produtos. Mas gosto muito .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da Eudora Norte Shopping é péssimo! Já estive várias vezes e sempre é o mesmo atendimento, colaboradoras de má vontade, mal humoradas, não auxiliam o cliente em nada, parece que não fazem questão de vender. Fui no dia das mães com a minha mãe e sai decepcionada, acabei não fazendo a compra que eu desejava. Acho que a empresa precisa fazer urgentemente um curso ensinando para todas colaboradoras como atender o cliente, antes que a loja fechem as portas. Fui na MAC e me senti especial pela forma que eu e minha mãe fomos tratadas, outro nível! Só porque a Eudora tem produtos mais populares do que a MAC que não justifica o atendimento tão ruim, de baixo nível como está sendo feito! Atenção, EUDORA Norte Shopping abre os olhos antes q a loja feche as portas!
Eudora Norte Shopping's service is terrible! I've been several times and it's always the same service, unwilling employees, bad tempered, they don't help the customer in anything, it seems they don't make a point of selling. I went on Mother's Day with my mother and left disappointed, I ended up not making the purchase I wanted. I think the company urgently needs to take a course teaching all employees how to serve the customer, before the store closes its doors. I went to MAC and felt special for the way my mom and I were treated, another level! Just because Eudora has more popular products than MAC doesn't justify such poor, low-level customer service as is being done! Attention, EUDORA Norte Shopping, open your eyes before the store closes!
