★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente. Ambiente agradável e quartos confortáveis. Sugiro a direção cartazes pedindo aos demais hóspedes que falem um pouco mais baixo enquanto transitam próximo aos quartos.
 Great service. Nice atmosphere and comfortable rooms. I suggest the direction posters asking the other guests to speak a bit lower as they transit close to the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos positivos: excelente localização para quem está com parentes internados no hospital Ames. Mto limpo, ótimo atendimento na recepção. Preco justo. Foram flexíveis em relação ao horário que cheguei (2:00 a.m.)
Negativos: colchão velho, frigobar vazio como política do hotel.
Positives: Great location for those with inpatient relatives at Ames Hospital. Clean mto, great service at reception. Fair price. They were flexible in relation to the time that I arrived (2:00 a.m.)
Negatives: old mattress, empty minibar as hotel policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é muito bom limpeza arrumação, camas confortáveis, mas não indico o restaurante ao lado, não sei se pertence ao hotel, mas achei horrível 20 Reais por pessoa com três carnes no balcão ou churrasqueira horrível carne de jumento dura muito dura impossível de comer, nunca mais passo perto, sem contar que o cara da churrasqueira fica gritando três carnes por vinte e é Parada de ônibus de viagem simplesmente horrível.
The hotel is very good cleaning, cleanliness, comfortable beds, but I don't recommend the restaurant next door, I don't know if it belongs to the hotel, but I found a horrible 20 Reais per person with three meats on the counter or a horrible barbecue. , I never step close again, not to mention that the grill guy is screaming three meats for twenty and it's just horrible travel bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condicionador de ar é antigo e barulhento, não tem como deixar ligado para dormir. Não tem onde colocar as malas, só no chão. A limpeza pode melhorar bastante sem muito esforço entre outras melhorias que pode ser feita sem muito custo.Paguei a diária antecipada sem ver o quarto, me arrependi, se tivesse visto antes não pagaria o valor cobrado. Ao menos fui bem atendido.
The air conditioner is old and noisy, you can not leave it on for sleeping. Nowhere to pack, just on the floor. The cleaning can improve greatly without much effort among other improvements that can be made without much cost. I paid the daily advance without seeing the room, I regretted, if I had seen before would not pay the amount charged. At least I was well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarto do hotel sem isolamento acústico, fica localizado em frente à BR-101, com alto trânsito de veículos e carros de som. Impossível dormir, péssima experiência, não recomendo e não me hospedaria novamente.
Hotel room without soundproofing, located in front of BR-101, with high traffic of vehicles and sound cars. Impossible to sleep, bad experience, do not recommend and would not stay again.
