★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, dificuldade na troca da peça errada, só compro nessa loja se não achar em nenhum lugar da cidade.
O vendedor que me atendeu não estava nos melhores dias, muito mau educado, para variar a peça, estava errada fui trocar não levei a embalagem não aceitaram, voltei na oficina peguei a embalagem da peça novamente não aceitaram, chegaram a dizer que a peça estava usada, sendo que saiu da loja direto para a mão do mecânico, que nem colocou a peça na moto simplesmente tirou da embalagem.
Viu que estava errada é não instalou na moto perdi uma tarde inteira,para tentar resolver o meu problema, chegaram a dizer que a culpa foi minha por não ter visto a peça antes de sair da loja, até que concordou mais essa ação tinha que partir também do vendedor de abrir a peça na minha frente, coisa que ele não fez.
Resumindo depois de muita conversa e passar por três vendedores e um suposto gerente de peças, minha situação foi resolvida mais não recomendo para ninguém a loja.
Pode ter o melhor preço da região mais se não tiver respeito para com o cliente não adianta nada.
Respeito quem gosta do local mais voltou dizer só compro se não achar em lugar nenhum da cidade.
Coisa que acho difícil de acontecer, recomendo para vocês Reobote oficina especializada ficar no mesmo bairro sentido.
A praça do Gusmão, onde você encontra peça e um excelente atendimento, não estou ganhando nada para fazer a propaganda mais vão lá preço justo é bom atendimento REABOTE OFICINA ESPECIALIZADA SENTIDO A PRAÇA DO GUSMÃO.
Terrible service, difficulty in exchanging the wrong part, I only buy in this store if I can't find it anywhere in town.
The salesperson who answered me was not on the best of days, very rude, for a change the part, I was wrong I went to change it I didn't take the packaging they didn't accept it, I went back to the workshop I took the packaging for the part again they didn't accept it, they even said the part was used, and it left the store straight to the mechanic's hand, who didn't even put the part on the bike, he just took it out of the packaging.
He saw that it was wrong and he didn't install it on the bike I lost an entire afternoon, to try to solve my problem, they even said that it was my fault for not having seen the part before leaving the store, until he agreed but this action had to go also the seller to open the piece in front of me, which he did not do.
In short, after a lot of talking and going through three salespeople and a supposed parts manager, my situation was resolved but I don't recommend the store to anyone.
You can have the best price in the region, but if you don't have respect for the customer, it's no use.
I respect those who like the place but came back to say I only buy it if I can't find it anywhere in the city.
Something that I find difficult to happen, I recommend to you Reobote a specialized workshop to stay in the same neighborhood.
Praça do Gusmão, where you can find parts and excellent service, I'm not earning anything to advertise but go there fair price and good service REBOOT SPECIALIZED WORKSHOP TOWARDS PRAÇA DO GUSMÃO.
