★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem a coleta e a entrega com bastante agilidade, mas em compensação não atendem o telefone, não tem suporte para o cliente e fora que pedem uma carta de isenção, que tira toda a responsabilidade deles em cima da mercadoria, o que cá entre nós é um extremo absurdo!!!!
They do the collection and delivery very quickly, but on the other hand, they don't answer the phone, they don't have customer support and they ask for an exemption letter, which takes away all their responsibility for the merchandise, which between us is an extreme absurdity!!!!
