Solicitamos uma coleta, ao recebermos uma reclamação do cliente quanto a demora, identificamos no rastreamento do site que havia um erro referente ao carregamento de praça, gerando atraso de mais 1 dia, ao entrar em contato com a equipe, se mostraram extremamente antiprofissionais, desenteressados e despreparados, meu cliente solicitou a retirada da mercadoria na porta, questionei se havia algum procedimento, mas me disseram que não, bastava se apresentar na portaria, no outro dia, o cliente se apresentou, mas não conseguiu retirar a mercadoria, em novo contato, fui informado que eu deveria enviar um e-mail, isto após horas de tentativa de contato, pois a empresa aparenta estar vazia quando ligamos, finalmente após varias ligações para a expedição que caiam na portaria, consegui um retorno por e-mail me notificando que o cliente conseguira retirar a mercadoria. Espero não depender mais deste serviço.

We asked for a collection, when we received a complaint from the customer about the delay, we identified in the website's tracking that there was an error regarding the loading of the square, generating a delay of 1 more day, when contacting the team, they were extremely unprofessional, uninterested and unprepared, my client requested the removal of the goods at the door, I asked if there was any procedure, but I was told that no, it was enough to show up at the reception, the other day, the client introduced himself, but he was unable to remove the goods, in new contact , I was informed that I should send an email, this after hours of trying to contact, because the company appears to be empty when we called, finally after several calls to the expedition that fell in the lobby, I got a return by email notifying me that the customer had managed to remove the goods. I hope I don't depend on this service anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa transportadora é Horrível liguei pra pedir informações sobre uma simulação de cotação de Muriaé até a BRASPRESS de são Paulo , primeiro foi atendido por uma Josi depois me encaminhou para outro que não resolveu nada ficam só jogando a ligação pá outro ramal e volto de novo pra Josi depois a Josi joga pra outro e assim fica e ninguém te atende pra resolver! Isso é uma fatia de respeito com a pessoa!
This carrier is horrible I called to ask for information about a quote simulation from Muriaé to BRASPRESS in São Paulo, first I was answered by a Josi then forwarded me to another one that didn't solve anything they just play the call to another extension and I come back again to Josi then Josi throws it to another and so it stays and no one answers you to solve it! That's a slice of respect for the person!
