Estou a uma semana tentando comprar malha para embalar sofá e não me atende. Tentamos contato via fone, WhatsApp e mesmo conseguindo falar com a Empresa, prometeram entregar a mercadoria por duas vezes e não entregaram!!!
Fica aqui minha opinião: não tratar o cliente desta forma. Se não quer atender, fale, mas não faça promessas que não serão cumpridas.

I've been trying to buy mesh to pack a sofa for a week and it doesn't work. We tried to contact via phone, WhatsApp and even managing to speak to the Company, they promised to deliver the goods twice and did not deliver !!!
Here is my opinion: do not treat the customer this way. If you don't want to answer, speak up, but don't make promises that won't be kept.
