★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe comprou um colchão nesta loja, a mesma pediu orientação para um colchão ortopédico, a moça indicou um, no dia o colchão super “duro e reto” (dentro do plástico) quando chegou em casa é absolutamente um amontoado de molas, fui na loja falar do ocorrido trocamos o colchão pq talvez pudesse ser defeito de fábrica, mas ai percebemos que era o colchão mesmo, e eles só poderiam trocar caso tivesse com defeito, nem se vc quiser comprar um mais caro e pagar a diferença pode... resultado: 6 meses de uso tem um enorme buraco no meio do colchão o estofado parece que esta solto por dentro. Fora o retorno deles que demora... imagina se não fosse loja de fábrica!
My mother bought a mattress in this store, she asked for guidance for an orthopedic mattress, the girl indicated one, on the day the super “hard and straight” mattress (inside the plastic) when she got home is absolutely a pile of springs, I went to store talk about what happened we changed the mattress because maybe it could be a factory defect, but then we realized it was the mattress, and they could only change it if it was defective, or if you want to buy a more expensive one and pay the difference ... result: 6 months of use has a huge hole in the middle of the mattress, the upholstery seems to be loose inside. Aside from their return that takes ... imagine if it wasn't a factory store!
