★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desonestos, comprei um carregador para celular e queimou no mesmo dia, não me reembolsaram o valor (previsto por lei). Me deram um crédito, porém tive que usar na hora, pois se fosse embora perderia meu dinheiro e o crédito. Péssima loja!!!
 Rogue, bought a mobile charger and burned the same day, did not refund me the amount (provided by law). They gave me a credit, but I had to use it on the spot, because if I left I would lose my money and the credit. Terrible store !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo (vendedores), comprei 1 capacete que ao experimentar c/ calma em casa, ficou apertado, NÃO fizeram a troca (alegando q eu tirei o manual de instruções preso a fivela) ridícula essa atitude, Lamentável o desrespeito ao consumidor.
Lousy service (salespeople), I bought 1 helmet that when trying to stay calm at home, it was tight, DID NOT make the exchange (claiming that I took the instruction manual attached to the buckle) ridiculous this attitude, lamentable disrespect to the consumer.
