Desta vez, estou ha 2 dias tentando COMPRAR um filtro, em que primeiramente a atendente não soube responder as minhas perguntas, sendo assim, informou que a área de vendas entraria em contato. Obviamente isso não aconteceu. Entrei NOVAMENTE em contato, na qual ela informou que a área responsável entrou em contato porém não obteve sucesso (MENTIRA! Não tem NENHUMA chamada perdida no meu telefone) e disse que iria entrar em contato SEM FALTA no dia seguinte pela manhã. O que novamente não aconteceu. Mandei OUTRA mensagem reclamando do atendimento e me retornaram (1:40 pm). Tarde demais, minha paciência com a falta de credibilidade se esgotou. Não caiam nesse golpe, procurem outra empresa se a intenção é um atendimento eficiente!
Terrible attendance. I use this company several times, as it is close to my residence, and every time I need your service, it is necessary to PLEASE for the service. This time, I have been trying to BUY a filter for 2 days, in which the attendant did not know how to answer my questions first, so she informed me that the sales area would contact me. This obviously did not happen. I got in touch AGAIN, in which she informed that the responsible area got in touch but was unsuccessful (LIE! There is NO missed call on my phone) and said she would get in touch WITHOUT MISSING the next day in the morning. What did not happen again. I sent ANOTHER message complaining about the service and they returned (1:40 pm). Too late, my patience with the lack of credibility has run out. Do not fall for this scam, look for another company if the intention is an efficient service!
