★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa séria, passei primeiro por uma entrevista e teste online para assim ser convidada a me deslocar para uma entrevista nessa empresa. Na empresa fui bem recepcionada e entrevistada pelo Carmo, fui tratada com muito respeito e não é um processo robotizado. Achei muito empático por parte da empresa a entrevista online para depois o candidato se aprovado fazer o deslocamento e os valores deles de nunca deixar candidato sem resposta seja qual for. Isso se chama respeito a pessoa, coisa que 90% das empresas de recrutamento e seleção de BH não tem. Não existe pra uma pessoa em busca de recolocação algo mais frustrante que se preparar, gastar tempo e dinheiro pra ir ao local, passar por perguntas robotizadas e não ter resposta.
Parabéns, desejo que se expandam mais e mais com muito sucesso! Que no dia que estiverem maiores e mais pessoas além do Carmo fazendo a etapa presencial, que preservem os mesmos valores dele. Profissinal nota 100000000000000…
