★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma grande decepção, fui alugar um veículo e o mesmo estava com pneus carecas e a atendente não sabe o que é dar um bom dia aos clientes, questionei sobre o pneu a resposta da moça da recepção: o carro tem seguro sendo assim achei melhor ela ficar com o carro e eu com minha vida.vou colocar uma estrela pq não tem jeito de não colocar nenhuma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O carro que me foi oferecido estava com o pneu careca e não havia outro de mesma categoria e a recepcionista não quis fazer upgrade gratuito. Ela só quis fazer o cancelamento depois de tudo assinado, feito a garantia e cobrado o valor da diária. Fui embora sem alugar o carro. É um absurdo saber que tem locadora que aluga carro com pneu careca e sem segurança para o cliente. Não adianta nem pagar seguro, porque o acidente é inevitável com pneu careca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carro com 2 pneus carecas, barulho na suspensão. Enchemos o tanque e ao entregar a atendente disse que não tínhamos enchido pois faltava completar 1 pino no marcador. Voltamos no posto e o frentista colocou até a boca e não completou no painel, ou seja, estava com problema no marcador.
