Solicitei a locação do equipamento conhecido como sapinho, me enviaram outro, com a alegação de que eu havia solicitado errado. Sendo que eu tenho áudios comprovando que eu pedi o certo e me enviaram o errado. Solicitei a troca e só depois me informaram que não trabalham com este equipamento. Após muita discussão devolveram apenas 50% do valor pago pela locação. Sendo que o certo seria o valor integral abatendo apenas o custo do transporte.
Fiquei muito decepcionada com está empresa.

I requested the lease of the equipment known as frog, they sent me another one, with the allegation that I had requested it wrong. Since I have audios proving that I asked for the right one and they sent me the wrong one. I requested the exchange and only later was informed that they do not work with this equipment. After much discussion they returned only 50% of the amount paid for the lease. The right thing would be the full value, deducting only the cost of transport.
I was very disappointed with this company.
