Fiz um pedido no dia 16/12/20 pelo aplicativo Ifood às 20:30 e estou até agora esperando o meu lanche chegar. Entrei em contato com o estabelecimento e fui informada às 21:30 que o meu lanche estava a caminho. Questionando a demora fui informada que o motoboy teve um acidente e o estabelecimento estava somente com 1 motoboy.
O motoboy chegou para entregar o lanche era mais de 22:10 e às 22:00 eu já havia cancelado o pedido com a atendente e a mesma informou que não poderia cancelar o lanche, pois já estava a caminho.
Pois o motoboy chegou em minha residência e eu disse a ele que havia cancelado, pois o lanche iria chegar frio, batata mucha. Sabendo que, motoqueiro não sai somente com o meu pedido e sim com vários!
Vocês como uma rede de fast good deveria saber que existe um prazo de entrega entre o pedido e até chegar a residência do cliente. Vocês não cumprem o prazo que é ESTABELECIDO PELO IFOOD!
Nunca tive problemas com nenhum restaurante conveniado ao Ifood, sempre fui muito bem atendida e sempre tive as minha expectativa atendidas com sucesso.
Peço a providência ao Ifood para tirarem vocês de restaurantes conveniados. Tenham certeza que essa reclamação chegaram até o Ifood, pois o que eu passei não espero que ninguém passe. Pois vocês estão lidando com PESSOAS que merecem respeito e um ótimo atendimento. Pois nada é de graça, cliente está pagando por um atendimento!
TERRIBLE!
I placed an order on 12/16/20 through the Ifood app at 8:30 pm and I am still waiting for my snack to arrive. I contacted the establishment and was informed at 21:30 that my snack was on the way. Questioning the delay I was informed that the motoboy had an accident and the establishment had only 1 motoboy.
The courier arrived to deliver the snack it was more than 22:10 and at 22:00 I had already canceled the order with the attendant and she said that she could not cancel the snack, as she was already on her way.
Because the courier arrived at my residence and I told him that I had canceled, as the snack would arrive cold, potato chips. Knowing that, biker does not leave only with my order, but with several!
You as a fast good chain should know that there is a delivery period between the order and until the customer's residence. You do not meet the deadline that is set by IFOOD!
I have never had problems with any restaurant affiliated to Ifood, I have always been very well attended and I have always met my expectations successfully.
I ask Ifood to take you out of partner restaurants. Be sure that this complaint reached the Ifood, because what I went through I don't expect anyone to go through. Because you are dealing with PEOPLE who deserve respect and great service. Because nothing is free, customer is paying for a service!
