★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,tive problemas com a Uber eats e a loja seria responsável por me reembolsar e eles não o fizeram, receberam 2 vezes por 1 pedido,falta de caráter total, não recomendo ??
 Poor service, I had problems with Uber eats and the store would be responsible for refunding me and they didn't, they received it twice for 1 order, lack of total character, I don't recommend ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche com tempo excedido para entrega! Chegou frio e sem notificação de respostas. Nem vi o bacon, queijo nem derretido estava. Péssima qualidade comparada com as outras unidades da rede.
Snack with time exceeded for delivery! Arrived cold and with no response notification. I didn't even see the bacon, cheese, nor melted. Poor quality compared to other units in the network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço pequeno, cabe no bolso. Atendimento rápido e lanche vem quente, porém, imaginei que o hambúrguer vinha ao menos com algum toque artesanal, o bacon em fatias e etc...acho que a foto do cardápio engana muito bem.
Small price, fits in the pocket. Fast service and a snack comes hot, however, I imagined that the hamburger came at least with some handmade touch, sliced bacon and etc ... I think the photo on the menu is very misleading.

Services were good at the beginning, now it is standard for other Hamburgers, a lot of delay to deliver, cold snacks, cold potatoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente retirada rápida, porém quando dei a primeira mordida no lanche fiquei decepcionada pois o pão tava com sabor de pão dormido,o hambúrguer tava morno e tava com sabor estranho tipo querendo estragar, não tava bom o lanche, não gostei o pior é que eu estava morrendo de vontade de comer os lanches do exburguer, fiquei chateada pois eu conheço a qualidade dos lanches do exburguer e o lanche q eu comi não tinha nada a ver eu acho que fizeram o lanche de qualquer jeito e por isso a minha decepção, estava tudo sem sabor o molho sem sabor a carne do hambúrguer sem sabor, o pão não passaram na chapa antes de por os ingredientes, o queijo tava frio não tinha derretido, pouca salada, o Bacon mais parecia calabresa triturada não percebi o Bacon, pelo menos a batata tava boa. Espero que está opinião ou crítica chegue ao conhecimento de vocês pois o atendimento foi excelente mas o lanche deixou a desejar. Desculpe pelas críticas mas se vc souberem ouvir e por em prática as críticas pra melhorar vcs vão ser o melhores da região.
Excellent service, quick pick-up, but when I took the first bite of the snack I was disappointed because the bread tasted like stale bread, the hamburger was lukewarm and tasted weird like it wanted to spoil, the snack wasn’t good, I didn’t like the worst thing that I was dying to eat the burger snacks, I was upset because I know the quality of the burger snacks and the snack that I had had nothing to do I think they made the snack anyway and that's why I was disappointed, everything was tasteless the tasteless sauce the meat of the tasteless hamburger, the bread didn’t pass on the plate before putting the ingredients, the cold cheese hadn’t melted, little salad, the Bacon looked more like pepperoni, I didn’t notice the Bacon, at least minus the potato was good. I hope this opinion or criticism comes to your attention because the service was excellent but the snack left something to be desired. Sorry for the criticism but if you know how to listen and put the criticism into practice to improve you will be the best in the region.
