★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido as 22:00 com prazo de entrega as 22:24 e nada do pedido chegar. O motoboy perceptivelmente desqualificado, o pedido veio chegar com 1 hora de atraso, não trouxe troco e o pedido veio frio com as batatas murchas. Horrível e não consegui cancelar por nada no Ifood. Péssima experiência não comprem no Ex Burguer.
 I placed an order at 10:00 pm with a delivery deadline of 10:24 pm and the order did not arrive. The motoboy was noticeably disqualified, the order arrived 1 hour late, I didn't bring change and the order came cold with the withered potatoes. Horrible and I couldn't cancel for anything on Ifood. Bad experience don't buy at Ex Burguer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, não comprem nessa loja, pois pessoal de atendimento, demoram para atender, não são educados, os lanches vem frio, batatas fritas frias e dura, parece que foi refritada,demora na entrega de 1:30/a 2:00, cobrando eles devido a demora, mas mesmo assim demora esse tempo muito ruim até os motoboys estão chateados de tanta reclamação, não comprem, procure a loja do Cocaia ou do Taboão, muito melhores e atenciosos
Guys, don't buy from this store, because service staff, take a long time to answer, they're not polite, snacks come cold, fries cold and hard, it looks like it was fried, delivery takes 1:30/to 2:00, charging them due to the delay, but it still takes this very bad time until the motoboys are upset with so much complaint, don't buy, look for the Cocaia or Taboão store, much better and attentive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência totalmente desagradável, na verdade eh chamar o cliente de palhaço, primeiro a demora monstruosa para o fluxo de pedidos do local é incoerente, depois que o pedido veio errado faltando 2 batatas onde eu havia questionado no local se estava tudo na embalagem, mas desconfiado eu filmei abrindo em casa para provar q faltava alguma coisa, e por último e pior de tudo, o lanche que foi entregue como xsalada não pode ser chamado nem de mini X salada Kids, não deve pesar 70 gramas o lanche, e onde está a salada ? Não sei tb não faço ideia. Fui ao local onde os funcionários foram muito educados e solícitos, informando q recebem ordens para fazer desta forma, com o q esta sendo entregue ao cliente eles deviam ter vergonha e baixar as portas e aprender novamente como fazer um lanche. A funcionária quis me dar 4 X salada por conta da casa, eu já indaguei igual os que recebi nem se fossem 20 lanches de graça eu não ia querer. Então não comprem pois será insatisfação total. Segue abaixo foto do anúncio e o q vc irá receber com nome de lanche. Totalmente indignado.
Totally unpleasant experience, actually calling the customer a clown, first the monstrous delay for the flow of orders at the site is inconsistent, after the order came wrong with 2 potatoes missing where I had asked the site if everything was in the package, but suspicious I filmed it opening at home to prove that something was missing, and last and worst of all, the snack that was delivered as xsalada can't even be called mini X Kids salad, it shouldn't weigh 70 grams the snack, and where is the salad ? I don't know either, I have no idea. I went to the place where the employees were very polite and helpful, informing them that they receive orders to do it this way, with what is being delivered to the customer they should be ashamed and let down the doors and learn again how to have a snack. The employee wanted to give me 4 X salad on behalf of the house, I already asked the same as the ones I received, even if there were 20 free snacks I wouldn't want it. So don't buy it because it will be total dissatisfaction. Below is a photo of the ad and what you will receive with the name of a snack. Totally outraged.
