Pois primeiro pedi em outra filial que fica no Herplin, o entregador por sua vez teve problemas no caminho mas logo em seguida reparou o problemas e cancelou o pedido. Ok tudo certo. Por fim fui fazer então o mesmo pedido em outra filial na Jd Varginha, por coincidência apareceu a mesma entregadora que me trouxe da primeira vez que pedi. O nome dela é Poliana ela entrega com outro parceiro ela vem na garupa, até aí ok. O problema é quando faltava 5 min fiquei no portão esperando o pedido que informação que ela se encontrava na rua de cima aonde eu moro. Daqui a pouco o pedido foi sentando o horário, ou seja ela parou por alguns minutos e foi embora, não desceu até a minha rua. Cancelou o pedido e alegou que ficou 10 minutos esperando sem resposta. Pura mentira, com isso não consigo receber o reembolso, agora como a Uber que se diz uma empresa séria que veio para facilitar a vida de nós todos pode acreditar em um entregador Pilantra e não na pessoa que fez o pedido e está pagando, gastando seu dinheiro com todo seu esforço para sim curtir seu lanche em casa. Isso é um absurdo! As empresas não terem o controle de suas entregas e ainda, deixar que terceiros entregues sem nenhum vínculo que se dane o cliente! Inacreditável.

Her name is Poliana she delivers with another partner she comes on the back, so far ok. The problem is when it was 5 min I stayed at the gate waiting for the request for information that she was on the street above where I live. In a little while the request was setting the time, that is, she stopped for a few minutes and left, she didn't go down to my street. He canceled the order and claimed that he waited 10 minutes without reply. Pure lie, with that I can't get a refund, now as Uber that claims to be a serious company that came to make life easier for us all can believe in a deliveryman Pilantra and not the person who placed the order and is paying, spending his money with all your efforts to enjoy your snack at home. This is absurd! The companies do not have control of their deliveries and, still, let third parties delivered without any ties to the customer! Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive problema duas vezes com a batata frita uma vez veio murcha e da última vez teve uma demora de 1 hora e 22 minutos de espera a batata veio queimada o estabelecimento perdeu a clente e as indicações.
