★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Lanche é saboroso...mas o valor cobrado não condiz...não vem uma maionese, um catchup...e vc paga 40,00 por um lanche de tamanho médio...achei q não valeu o custo beneficio.
 The Snack is tasty...but the amount charged doesn't match...there's no mayonnaise, a ketchup...and you pay 40.00 for a medium-sized snack...I thought it wasn't worth the cost benefit.

Entrei em contato com o restaurante, onde foram super grosseiros falando que esqueceram de me enviar e que não poderiam me devolver o dinheiro, só poderiam deixar em crédito para um futuro pedido (não pretendo mais pedir nesse lugar), ou me entregar após 30 minutos (depois de ter comido o lanche),l. EU CLIENTE EXPLIQUEI PARA ELES QUE PROBLEMAS ACONTECEM MAS QUE EU NÃO PODERIA SER LESADA POR UM ERRO DELES. E a atendente disse que não tinha o que fazer. Surreal esse lixo de atendimento. E o lanche mediano, sem graça e veio frio. Restaurante sem preparado nenhum.
Terrible ! I placed an order via delivery (Ifood), an item was missing! I contacted the restaurant, where they were super rude saying that they forgot to send it to me and that they could not return the money to me, they could only leave it on credit for a future order (I do not intend to order from this place anymore), or deliver to me after 30 minutes (after having eaten the snack),l. I CUSTOMER EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT PROBLEMS OCCUR BUT THAT I COULDN'T BE INJURED BY THEIR MISTAKE. And the attendant said there was nothing to be done. Surreal this garbage service. And the average snack, bland and cold. Restaurant with no preparation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos melhores hambúrgueres de Campinas, já pedia pelo ifood e sempre entregaram o lanche impecável, pessoalmente o ambiente amplo, arejado, varanda petfrendly, funcionários simpáticos e educado, e o lanche servido no local superou, é ainda mais gostoso do que o delivery... Os preços são ótimos pela qualidade do lanche, a batata trufada maravilhosa. É no mesmo endereço do antigo Black beef, vale a pena conhecer ?
One of the best hamburgers in Campinas, I already asked for ifood and they always delivered the impeccable snack, personally the large, airy environment, petfrendly balcony, friendly and polite staff, and the snack served on site was even better than delivery. .. The prices are great for the quality of the snack, the wonderful truffled potatoes. It's at the same address as the old Black beef, it's worth knowing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamburgueria boa, mas com o preço um pouco salgado demais. O ketchup é de fabricação própria, sendo um pouco diferente (nota 4 de 5). Erraram no meu pedido, trazendo o lanche errado.
Good burger, but a little too expensive. The ketchup is homemade, being a little different (grade 4 out of 5). They got my order wrong, bringing the wrong lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido na data de hoje de um Yankee com o ponto da casa, que em sua descrição diz "ponto bem vermelho", porém me enviaram um ponto super bem passado. O lanche que pedi ainda levava picles, que não veio, e colocaram ketchup sendo que não era parte desse lanche. Decepcionado com o pedido, não pedirei novamente.
I placed an order today for a Yankee with the house stitch, which in its description says "very red stitch", but they sent me a very well done stitch. The snack I ordered still had pickles, which didn't come, and they put ketchup when it wasn't part of that snack. Disappointed with the order, will not order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido via ifood. motoqueiro não veio. Abri chamado pelo app e não responderam, liguei, falei com uma atendente Natalia, a qual atende na maior arrogância (tenho a ligação gravada) . Primeiro disse que o motoqueiro estava vindo... depois perguntou se era apartamento, respondi que nao, conforme o endereço da compra dizia, é um shopping e com o nome da loja e com ponto de referencia para entrega. Mesmo assim o pedido não foi entregue, alegando que eu teria que ir lá na rua, oras, eu estou em shopping, não posso fechar a loja para ir à rua... eu peço todos os dias ifood e nunca tive esse problema. Como se não bastasse os problemas, pedi o cancelamento do pedido e ela diz que após o motoqueiro sair eles não podem efetuar o cancelamento... acabo de registrar boletim de ocorrência por estelionato e não cumprimento do codigo de defeza do consumidor. Amanha protocolarei o BO junto ao procon! Vão aprender a tratar com dignidade o cliente nem que seja na marra!!! A loja não merece nenhuma estrela! Péssimo! Inaceitável.....
I ordered it via ifood. biker didn't come. I opened a call through the app and they didn't answer, I called, I spoke to an attendant Natalia, who answers with the greatest arrogance (I have the call recorded) . First I said that the biker was coming... then he asked if it was an apartment, I said no, as the purchase address said, it's a mall and with the name of the store and a point of reference for delivery. Even so, the order was not delivered, claiming that I would have to go there on the street, well, I'm at the mall, I can't close the store to go out... I order every day ifood and I've never had this problem. As if the problems weren't enough, I asked to cancel the order and she says that after the biker leaves they can't cancel it... I just filed a report for fraud and non-compliance with the consumer defense code. Tomorrow I will file the BO with the procon! They will learn to treat the customer with dignity, even if it is by force!!! The store doesn't deserve any stars! Terrible! Unacceptable.....
