★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que pedi (já fiz VÁRIOS pedidos), chegou no tempo, correto e ainda quente. Não tenho do que reclamar. A melhor hamburgueria da Zona Sul.
Whenever I ordered (I've placed SEVERAL orders), it arrived on time, correct and still hot. I have nothing to complain about. The best hamburger in the South Zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood e simplesmente não chegou. Liguei para o estabelicimento e fizeram pouco caso. Tentei retornar a ligação p saber se tinha entrado em contato com o entregador e pararam de atender a ligação. Depois de 8 tentativas atenderam e desligaram, em seguida só dava ocupado (tiraram do gancho). Absurdo, nunca mais.
I ordered ifood and it just didn't arrive. I called the establishment and they ignored it. I tried to return the call to find out if I had contacted the delivery person and they stopped answering the call. After 8 attempts they answered and hung up, then it was only busy (taken off the hook). Nonsense, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido e simplesmente não chegou, tentei contato com o restaurante em diversos locais( Instagram, ifood, telefone) e não consegui o contato, total desrespeito ao cliente.
I placed the order and it just didn't arrive, I tried to contact the restaurant in several places (Instagram, ifood, phone) and I couldn't get in touch, total disrespect to the customer.

It took almost an hour and a half to arrive and it came cold and withered. It looked like a wash. Surreal to charge the price they charge for this snack. Never

Quando fui atendido, a atendente disse que o meu pedido tinha saído da loja há pouco, já com 10 minutos além do limite máximo para entrega, e estava atrasado por conta das interdições do Carnaval. Eu argumentei que, se havia saído ali há pouco, o atraso era originário. Critiquei severamente o atendimento. Mesmo assim, passada quase uma hora, o pedido não chegou. Tentei ligar sucessivas vezes, mas não atendiam. É um atendimento inqualificável, um lugar realmente para não se pedir nunca!
They don't answer the phone. When I was answered, the attendant said that my order had just left the store, with 10 minutes beyond the maximum delivery limit, and was delayed due to the Carnival interdictions. I argued that if I had just left there, the delay was original. I severely criticized the service. Even so, after almost an hour, the order has not arrived. I tried calling several times, but they didn't answer. It's an unbeatable service, a place to never ask for!
