★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci o local (presencialmente) e foi ótimo! Fiquei empolgada e resolvi pedi delivery. Primeiro, tive que fazer o pedido duas vezes, pois foi muita falta de atenção na primeira. Segundo, quando confirmei o pedido estava faltando um item, mas até então, compreendendo e imaginando até que a pessoa que atendeu fosse novata. Terceiro e para fechar com chave de ouro, o pedido chega a minha casa faltando o petisco (item mais demorado para ser feito) e a atendente me informa que o que seria para vir foi para uma mesa no presencial e que teria que refazer o pedido. Gente, que absurdo! Isso sem contar que esperamos mais de 1h e acontecer isso. Decepcionada!
I got to know the place (in person) and it was great! I was excited and decided to ask for delivery. First, I had to order twice, as it was very lack of attention the first time. Second, when I confirmed the order, an item was missing, but until then, understanding and imagining that the person who answered was a newcomer. Third, and to close with a flourish, the order arrives at my house missing the snack (item that takes longer to be done) and the attendant informs me that what was to come was for a table in person and that I would have to reorder the order . People, how absurd! Not to mention that we wait more than 1 hour for this to happen. Disappointed!
