★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito a médica só trabalha na quarta feira e só até às 12:00 a o Detran joga a gente pra essa clínica, tem que ficar quase 1 mês pra ter vaga nessa médica preguiçosa

Atendimento foi um verdadeiro lixo, primeiro a psicóloga estava de licença, mesmo assim marcaram com ela, só após 1 mês que me avisaram para remarcar (pq não falaram isso antes?? Eu perguntei se tinha como, e eles disseram que não tinha como remarcar com outra)
No whatsapp eu mando mensagem, e essa gente só sabe ignorar

Service was a real waste, first the psychologist was on leave, even so they made an appointment with her, only after 1 month they told me to reschedule (why didn't they say that before ?? I asked if there was a way, and they said there was no way to reschedule with another)
On whatsapp I send a message, and these people only know how to ignore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento 1 :30 esperando o atendimento da médica para tirar as digitais, além da médica ser hiper mal educada e grossa (não serve para trabalhar com o público), pelo menos a que me atendeu, o atendimento da pisicologa foi muito bom só está médica mesmo que deixou a desejar e muito em seu atendimento. Atendendo com duas crianças na sala...
A clínica abre as 08:00 da manhã a médica só chegou as 10:00. O que salva é o atendimento da recepcionista muito anteciosa.
Poor service 1: 30 waiting for the doctor to take the fingerprints, besides the doctor being hyper-polite and rude (not good for working with the public), at least the one who attended me, the care of the psychologist was very good is medical even that left to be desired and much in their care. Meeting with two kids in the room ...
The clinic opens at 08:00 in the morning the doctor came only 10:00. What saves is the care of the much anticipated receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu exame psicotécnico nessa clínica em São Miguel paulista na Rua Amadeu Gamberini 134 no sábado dia 01/06/19 por volta das 10h fiz o pagamento e fiz todos os teste, fui chamada numa sala com a psicóloga e ela me avisou que eu tinha passado mas que não poderia emitir meu exame. Tanto eu quanto todos que estavam ali teriam que voltar um outro dia para somente pegar um papel! No momento que fiz o pagamento ninguém me avisou NADA! Não sei se é de costume da clínica ou era pressa de fechar em pleno sábado aliás terminei meu exame era umas 11:20 a clínica fecha as 12h. O que foi combinado com a psicóloga que na segunda dia 03/06 eu voltaria com horário marcado as 17h para buscar o papel do meu exame. Hoje 03/06 recebi uma ligação acredito que de uma das meninas da recepção que a psicóloga não poderia ficar até as 17h e que se eu quisesse pegar o exame ainda hoje teria que ir até as 14:30 para retirar. Já me senti lesada pelo fato de ter ido até a clínica no sábado e não ter pego o exame , já que o intuito de ir no sábado justamente era não atrapalhar minha rotina no serviço, e agora mais uma vez fui lesada porque a senhora psicóloga não poderia me atender no horário combinado! Tive que me deslocar do Belém até São Miguel paulista na maior corria, já que justamente preciso do exame para fazer meu CFC. Não indico para ninguém essa clínica ! Justamente porque falta informação na recepção. Ninguém me avisou que o exame não seria emitido na hora, e quando eu faço um acordo com a minha empresa pra poder ir buscar as 17h , fizeram a palhaçada de me fazer sair mais cedo . E eu dependo desse exame pra qualquer outra coisa! Até poderia ter pedido meu dinheiro de volta, mas o exame é complicado pra ficar se fazendo toda hora, fora a dor de cabeça que seria pra fazer a devolução no meu cartão. Precisei sair muito mais cedo do serviço imprevisto da psicóloga pelo qual não sou interessada! Antes não tivesse combinado o horário das 17h ou entregasse o meu exame no dia exato !
Muito insatisfeita pelo serviço prestado e pela falta de informação e falta de respeito com o cliente !

I do not know if it is customary for the clinic or I was in a hurry to close in the middle of Saturday, but I finished my exam at 11:20 and the clinic closes at 12 o'clock. Which was combined with the psychologist that on the second day 03/06 I would return with a scheduled time at 5:00 p.m. to get the role of my examination. Today 03/06 I received a call I believe from one of the reception girls that the psychologist could not stay until 5pm and that if I wanted to take the exam still today would have to go until 2.30pm to withdraw. I was already hurt by the fact that I went to the clinic on Saturday and did not take the exam, since the intention to go on Saturday was precisely not to disturb my routine in the service, and now again I was injured because the psychologist did not could you meet me at the arranged time I had to move from Belém to São Miguel from São Paulo on the longest run, since I just need the exam to do my CFC. I do not tell anyone this clinic! Precisely because there is no information at the reception. No one told me that the exam would not be issued at the time, and when I make an agreement with my company to be able to pick up at 5:00 p.m., they did the clownishness of making me leave early. And I depend on this exam for something else! I might even have asked for my money back, but the exam is complicated to keep on doing all the time, apart from the headache it would be to make the return on my card. I had to leave much earlier than the psychologist's unforeseen service for which I am not interested! Before I had not agreed to the 17 o'clock or delivered my exam on the exact day!
Very dissatisfied with the service provided and the lack of information and lack of respect with the customer!
