★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento compreii na loja do mecânico e eles mandaram a mercadoria por essa transportadora e disseram que já haviam entregue a mercadoria mas até agora nada tá com 45 dias de atraso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia nada boa, estamos com uma carga vindo do Paraná com promessa de entrega em 12 dias uteis e ate o momento com 18 dias uteis não nos foi entregue a carga. Desinformação, desconhecimento, despreparo tudo que uma empresa de transporte não deveria ter, esta "transportadora" tem de sobra.
Not good experience, we have a cargo coming from Paraná with a promise of delivery in 12 working days and so far with 18 working days we have not been delivered the cargo. Disinformation, ignorance, unprepared everything that a transport company should not have, this "carrier" has plenty of it.

Serviço prestado de péssima qualidade.
Coletaram um equipamento de R$ 26.000,00 em Itajaí-SC.
Perderam os volumes. Dias depois encontraram em Maceió sendo que o destino era Belém - PA.
Coletaram dia 22/09 e no dia 10/11 (quase 50 dias) entregaram no cliente. Porém, derrubaram o equipamento durante a descarga e o danificou.
Diversos contatos telefônicos recusados (com o próprio gerente da unidade), mensagens e emails sem resposta.
Teremos de acionar o jurídico para não ter um prejuízo ainda maior.
Conclusão - empresa só tem nome e promessa de bom serviço.

Poor quality service.
They collected an equipment of R $ 26,000.00 in Itajaí-SC.

They collected on 22/09 and on 10/11 (almost 50 days) delivered to the client. However, they dropped the equipment during unloading and damaged it.
Several declined telephone contacts (with the unit manager himself), messages and emails without response.
We will have to sue the legal department to avoid further damage.
Conclusion - the company only has a name and a promise of good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fuja da exata cargo,extraviaram minha mercadoria,de Teresina era pra vim pra o Rio grande do sul foi parar em belém faz 50 dias e nada ninguém resolve nada perdi dinheiro pois dependia da mercadoria pra efetuar um serviço,perdi de fazer o serviço e até agora nada da mercadoria NOTA ABAIXO DE ZERO pra essa empresa se é que da pra chamar de empresa vou ter que entrar na justiça pra resolver o problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Foi marcado uma coleta dia 30/07 vai completar 1 semana, agora sexta feira, e nenhum funcionário consegue dizer o dia que vai ser feita a coleta. Disseram que iam sem falta coletar as 18hs de hoje, 03/08 ,fiquei aguardando até 18.30 e nada. Nada profissional, a atendente que fez todo o procedimento não responde o WhatsApp, a nota foi emitida e nada de uma resposta concreta apenas enrolação.
Terrible service! A collection was scheduled on 07/30 will complete 1 week, now Friday, and no employee can say the day the collection will take place. They said that they were going to collect at 6:00 pm today, 03/08, I was waiting until 6:30 pm and nothing. Nothing professional, the attendant who carried out the entire procedure does not respond to WhatsApp, the note was issued and nothing of a concrete response, just idleness.
