★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tempo que necessitam p/ responder solicitação de orçamento (72 horas) é longo demais, fazer o cliente aguardar 3 dias p/ receber um orçamento é quase pedir para não ser lembrado em novos projetos. Outra coisa muito chata é o jeito que os funcionários tratam o cliente pelo telefone, a impressão é a de que estamos buscando um favor e não comprando, ato que gera receita e paga o salário de todos.
