★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta fabricante é sacana com o consumidor.
Comprei uma caixa de som portátil modelo CS-M242BT que segundo ilustrações falsas na embalagem dizia a caixa possuir dois alto-falantes, 4 watts cada um, totalizando 8 watts de potência. Só que, eu, ao perceber que o segundo alto-falante não estava funcionando, resolvi abri-la e me deparei com um alto-falante FALSO e um verdadeiro de somente 5 watts de potência e 2 ohms.
Que isso exbom?
Enganando o consumidor?
ISSO, CASO NÃO SAIBAM, É PROPAGANDA FALSA E ENGANOSA E ISSO, NÃO SÓ É CRIME CONTRA O CÓDIGO DE DEFESA DO CONSUMIDOR COMO TAMBÉM DA PROCESSO E EU, COMO CONSUMIDOR, VOU IR ATRÁS DOS MEUS DIREITOS, NEM QUE EU TENHA QUE IR ATÉ AÍ NA FABRICANTE COM O CELSO RUSSOMANNO CASO VOCÊS NÃO TOMAREM PROVIDÊNCIAS SOBRE SEUS PRÓPRIOS ERROS. BRASIL NÃO É TÃO GRANDE.

 This manufacturer is naughty with the consumer.
I bought a portable speaker model CS-M242BT that according to false illustrations on the packaging said the box has two speakers, 4 watts each, totaling 8 watts of power. Only, when I realized that the second speaker was not working, I decided to open it and I came across a FALSE speaker and a real one with only 5 watts of power and 2 ohms.
What's that good?
Deceiving the consumer?
THAT, IF THEY DON'T KNOW, IT IS FALSE AND FALSE ADVERTISING AND THAT, IT IS NOT ONLY A CRIME AGAINST THE CUSTOMER'S DEFENSE CODE AS ALSO THE PROCESS AND I, AS A CONSUMER, WILL GO BEHIND MY RIGHTS, NOR THAT I HAVE TO GO THERE IN THE MANUFACTURER WITH CELSO RUSSOMANNO IF YOU DO NOT TAKE ACTION ABOUT YOUR OWN MISTAKES. BRAZIL IS NOT SO BIG.
YOU THINK THIS IS JOKE, NOT SO DON'T DEALING WITH CHILD IS NOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei pela Lojas Americanas, sendo assim eles sao responsaveis pela entrega, ontem chegou tudo certo, só vou dar 4 estrelas pelo fato de não ter um papel com instruções( Explicando por exemplo como configura EPI ou como manter as LEDS ligadas e conseguir digitar) fora isso tudo em ordem :)
I bought it at Lojas Americanas, so they are responsible for delivery, yesterday everything was ok, I will only give 4 stars for the fact that I don't have a paper with instructions (Explaining for example how to configure PPE or how to keep the LEDs on and be able to type) all this out in order :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teclado ruim. Com poucos dias de uso as teclas começaram a "enroscar" e a tecla de espaço, às vezes não responde. Dinheiro jogado fora. Como digito muito texto, meu trabalho ficou prejudicado. Não recomendo.
Bad keyboard. With a few days of use the keys started to "screw" and the space key sometimes does not respond. Money thrown away. As I type a lot of text, my work was impaired. I do not recommend.

Já enviei cinco emails, e não respondem, fiz quatro ligações, onde ninguém atende , deixei mensagens e nada.
A fabricante Exbom , não quer saber de se responsabilizar pelos seus produtos.
It's being terrible, I bought a phone in February this year, which stopped working after 14 days.
I've already sent five emails, and they don't answer, I made four calls, where no one answers, I left messages and nothing.
The manufacturer Exbom, does not want to take responsibility for its products.

I bought micro sd cards and a headset went to waste , it did not work and product warranty only in the store but only when they have time to serve you , bad purchase
