A proposta chega requisitando alguns dados de identificação meus. Respondo e, já não tão surpreso, não recebo nenhuma resposta. Como o povo diz: "parece que estão te fazendo um favor"...
I contacted the insurer via email for a fire insurance. No response. I call and promise to send the insurance proposal. Nothing. I call again and complain. The proposal arrives requesting some of my identification data. I answer and, no longer so surprised, I receive no response. As the people say, "they seem to be doing you a favor" ...
