★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender são ótimos, mas na hora de montar são péssimos. Prazo longo e avisam em cima da hora q estão indo montar. Aí vc vai lá na loja pra tentar resolver e encontra um gerente q nao sabe atender o cliente e q nao está disposto a resolver seu problema. Atendimento de excelência? Passou foi longe. Experiência péssima. Não volto mais a comprar.

Then you go to the store to try to solve it and find a manager who doesn't know how to serve the customer and who isn't willing to solve your problem. Excellent service? It went far. Lousy experience. I won't buy again.
