Estou desde Maio de 2017 em busca de meu Certificado de Reservista, tendo realizado o "Juramento" e as demais solicitações, porém não obtive o mesmo pois sempre adiam a entrega. Em maioria das respostas (presenciais), o que me foi dito é que ou algum responsável pela entrega do documento a "junta" não estava disponível e só retornaria após alguns meses, que ainda não chegou (Lembrando que estou em busca desde Maio de 2017) ou outras desculpas sem cabimento.
Geralmente os adiamentos e pedidos de retorno possuem o prazo de 3 a 4 meses, e já estamos em 2020, e ainda não me entregaram.
Particularmente eu acho um descaso, pois preciso do documento para regularizar questões trabalhistas e estou impossibilitado devido a incompetência destes... Como um serviço fundamental para a vida do cidadão, a qualidade é péssima. Boa sorte para quem vai buscar o seu certificado, e aos que estão nessa mesma luta que eu, paciência.
Unfortunately it is a disappointment. I have been searching for my Reservist Certificate since May 2017, having made the "Oath" and other requests, but I did not get the same because they always postpone delivery. In most of the responses (face-to-face), what I was told is that or someone responsible for delivering the document the "board" was not available and would only return after a few months, which has not yet arrived (Remembering that I have been searching since May 2017 ) or other unreasonable excuses.
Usually postponements and requests for returns have a term of 3 to 4 months, and we are already in 2020, and have not yet delivered.
Particularly, I find it a disregard, as I need the document to regularize labor issues and I am unable due to their incompetence ... As a fundamental service for the life of the citizen, the quality is terrible. Good luck to those who are going to get their certificate, and to those who are in the same struggle as me, patience.
