Eu queria fazer uma doação, com bastante itens, mas alegaram q eu moro longe.
Se aceitam doação da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro, lamento informar q a zona oeste pertence à cidade.
O que adianta colocar outdoor pela cidade, se só querem doaçodoações da zona Sul?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei minha primeira doação ao Exército da Salvação e todo o processo até a entrega da doação, eu achei tudo muito bem estruturado. Ainda quero conhecer de perto como funciona o bazar, mas com relação a entrega da minha doação, eu não passei por nenhum problema.
I made my first donation to the Salvation Army and the whole process until the donation was delivered, I found everything very well structured. I still want to know up close how the bazaar works, but regarding the delivery of my donation, I didn't have any problems.

foi excelente. Mas, as outras foram lamentáveis. O telefone chama sem parar e ninguém atende em nenhum horário. Por fim, depois de dias de tentativas, consegui. Pediram fotos e eu mandei, pediram descrição dos móveis e eu mandei. Os móveis estavam em excelente estado de conservação. A pessoa que me atendeu não tinha o menor traquejo para falar. Conclusão: nunca deram retorno. Doeios móveis para outra instituição q veio buscar na hora.
The first one about 15 years ago
it was excellent. But the others were pitiful. The phone rings non-stop and no one answers at any time. Finally, after days of trying, I got it. They asked for photos and I sent them, they asked for a description of the furniture and I sent them. The furniture was in excellent condition. The person who answered me didn't have the slightest ability to talk. Conclusion: never returned. Mobile donations to another institution that came to pick up on time.
