As aulas são sempre muito planejadas e a atenção individual é um diferencial. É trabalhada a força, equilíbrio, postura, resistência etc. Enfim, é uma atividade física completa. Em pouco tempo já observei resultados e estou muito satisfeita.
A localização é perfeita. Bem acessível.
Carol is the instructor and administrator of Studio. I am her student and I recommend everyone to give themselves a chance to practice or start Pilates with her. He is super competent and excellent professional. Not to mention the equipment that are very good.
The classes are always very planned and individual attention is a differential. Strength, balance, posture, resistance, etc. are worked out. Anyway, it is a complete physical activity. In a short time I have already noticed results and I am very satisfied.
The location is perfect. Well accessible.

I know some great Pilates studios in SP, and the Exodus is excellent, nothing owes the best of São Paulo. Carol is a competent and sensitive professional, the equipment is new and the atmosphere is cozy.
