★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorra tem 16 anos, é uma idosa, completamente indefesa, nunca mordeu ninguém ao longo de toda a vida e colocaram a fucinheira nela pra fazer ultrassom, ela tem uma carne esponjosa na boca, a fucinheira foi colocada de forma extremamente apertada e desnecessária, fazendo com que ela mordesse a carne esponjosa e se machucasse. Isso nem foi o pior, a profissional que fez a coleta de sangue era completamente despreparada, alegou que não encontrava a veia na jugular e ficou furando e cutucando minha cachorra com a agulha! Ela está com o pescoço completamente roxo, cheio de sangue pisado! Minha mãe chorou e ainda foi repreendida, com a moça alegando que ela estava deixando a cachorra nervosa! Minha bebe nem se mexeu por mais que a moça que se diz profissional a estivesse furando várias e várias vezes.
Nunca mais retorno nesse lugar e não indico de forma alguma!
My dog is 16 years old, she is an elderly woman, completely defenseless, she has never bitten anyone in her entire life and they put the nosepiece on her for an ultrasound, she has spongy flesh in her mouth, the nosepiece was placed extremely tight and unnecessary, causing her to bite the spongy flesh and injure herself. That wasn't even the worst, the professional who did the blood collection was completely unprepared, claimed she couldn't find the vein in the jugular and kept poking and poking my dog with the needle! Her neck is completely purple, full of trampled blood! My mother cried and was even scolded, with the girl claiming that she was making the dog nervous! My baby didn't even move no matter how much the girl who calls herself a professional was poking her over and over again.
I will never return to this place again and do not recommend it at all!

Excellent service, clean and organized environment, delicious coffee and attentive staff! Oh and they treated my cat very well. We have to encourage establishments that still pay for the customer experience!
